Very hot in hallway. Short staffed so no assistance without going down to desk. Very small suite, not suitable for more than 2 adults one child.
Only one restroom inside the bedroom not in the main area. Vent fan broke in restroom and extremely loud.

Located off grid for the price l paid a night, l could get front beach hotel , too small for suite , trash can around the hotel and pool were not emptied right away short on staff. Breakfast was not that great stayed 4 day same all same .if you need to do laundry you have to pay fort it . Also it Expedia miss leading ratting the hotel 8.6 in their page when l did my booking..

Hotel room was really good. But i don't like breakfast. We were told them to change our bedsheets. But they forget to do it. We have to ask it several times. Otherwise it's okay.

Great hotel near sports complex the kids there for football were not chaperoned very loud and messy. I could the hotel staff were aggravated. No fault of theirs that my stay was not as pleasant as the last one. I probably will chose to stay elsewhere near the beach.

Breakfast was great. Just wish the pillows were different. The bed was not as comfortable as expected. The room was great and Breakfast was wonderful. Only wish the bed was different. The tv was set up on the side wall of the bed which meant you had to lay diagonally in bed to see it. Which was weird to me and not comfortable.

The hotel was in good condition, but in the evening a loud fire alarm suddenly went off in the next room, and after a while we smelled something burning, probably cigarettes, but we were not informed until we asked. I had to go to sleep in a fairly anxious state.

We have stayed here before for baseball, we loved it so much we booked again for baseball. The breakfast is amazing and helps me out in the morning for hungry baseball players !

It was my birthday weekend I’m so happy I choose Homewood's everything was as expected breakfast could run a little later also the mattress wasn’t as comfortable but overall I still give them 5 stars I’ll book a stay with them again in the future it’s also close to a lot of attractions..

This place was amazing!! Nice size rooms, cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for awhile and thats got to be hard with all the sand coming in and out! Hotel staff is kind and friendly!! Was a perfect option inatead of staying in a condo and a lot cheaper!! Absolutely loved this place!! Only advice would be to give better info at check in - like they only clean every 3rd day and pool was small for the amount of guests but by no means a deal breaker!! Would stay here a thousand times over.

It was ok. Our first stay last year was much better. This time there were a lot more people staying and it was loud everywhere. Not to mention that our last night there was a family arguing and yelling so loud around 2:00 am in the morning. I brought it up to the front desk during our check out. I know it was not their fault, but people don’t think about others. Ridiculous.
Maybe it was just those days that we were there, but it was loud everywhere. Keep that in mind. There were also not a lot of breakfast options.

Clean, very beautiful property, the rooms are genuinely homestyle on that it is apartment style. No shortcuts. The fitness room was top notch, peloton and high quality equipment. Such a great experience for us and our furry friends…highly highly recommend!

The hotel looks nice inside and out. It’s in a convenient place if you don’t want to stay directly at the beach. However this hotel is going to go down fast if management doesn’t get a hold on the house keeping. Our foldout sofa bed had spots on it and once pulled out all The way there was an empty capri sun and juice box underneath the sofa itself from a previous stay. They clean the rooms every 3 days which means they don’t come empty trash or replenish towels unless you ask for it and that’s if someone is available to

Great stay for the price! We would definitely book here again. The only thing we didn't like was the terrible breakfast experience - too many people, terrible food and not enough attendants to provide service like refilling the ice water dispenser or coffee.

Property was clean. Breakfast Buffet was a disorganized disaster. 8:45 AM: no forks, no plates, yogurt gone, fruit gone, no cups for juice, coffee empty, cheese empty, no bagels. 30 people in line for waffle makers, no seats available. Set up was horrible. Management needs to rethink set up and buy more plates, silverware, cups, and refill food when empty. Both mornings were crazy.
Firepit was broken.
Rooms and Lobby were clean. Front desk staff were kind.

We were on the top floor, they started roof repairs at 8:00 a.m. with pounding and other noises. We try to ignore it but at 9:00 a.m. housekeeping knocked on her door and woke us up again and wanted to see if we had checked out yet. Check out time was 11:00 a.m. so we have no idea why they were checking and we couldn't understand what they were saying anyway.

I liked the location if the property. It's off the main street which is private but convenient to get to the beaches etc. Breakfast was ok. Overall the building and facilities seemed clean but the room floor was filthy. Carpets are extremely dirty. My children's feet were literally black from walking barefooted for a short time. The beds were soft and worn out like springs would pop out of the mattresses.
