Good service

It’s a semi-new property so everything was in great condition. Only thing I did not like was that our bed sheets were never changed out for the 3 days we stayed. They only came to fix the bed but used the same sheets over again. This location is small & has a weird entrance.

For being the first time at Tru Hotel I really enjoyed the experience. Clean rooms. Great service. Excellent location.

Amazing! I loved it

Overall had a good stay, but the water in the shower constantly changes from warm or hot. We enjoyed our stay, staff is super friendly and helpful, we will be staying here again.

Nice and quiet. I felt safe at all times.

This was a great place to stay at, my only complaint would be the shower water switching from extremely cold to hot randomly. Staff was attentive, breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was great! Easy location for the use of Ubers. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was ok. I wish it would have been a little better. 1st the hotel staff was very gracious in accommodating our very late arrival. Unfortunately, at check-in time the credit cards readers were not working well. The attendant try multiple machines until finally one worked. It is now Monday and I still show multiple Pending charges on my card, hopefully they will go away. The furniture in the room was very flimsy (see pics attached) my girlfriend fell out this chair, she was ok, just a little shaken up. A cleaning staff member came into our room without knocking, that was very embarrassing as my girlfriend and I were about to get in the shower. I know we should have placed the deadbolt on top, but we didn't think anyone from the staff would come in un-announced. Hope they can train their time to announce themselves and not just barge in. Other than these items, the place is very nicely located. We will return some day.

The location is perfect to walk to the Parque Fundidora. It was basically only a 10 minute walk to the park and there are lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is some staff doesn't speak English so there were no communications when i went downstairs to have daily breakfast. I felt a little left out since the servers didn't speak English so they never came by our table and always avoiding our family while they were extra friendly with other parties that spoke Spanish.

Second day I was there the girl from the lobby she was rude and in a bad mood I didn’t put 1 star because the first guy that welcome us he was super nice and everyone else was nice except for her

Clean, modern and comfortable. I was frustrated by the elevator which would skip your input floor if someone immediately put in their own floor (it requires a key to access the room floors). I was disappointed by seeing that the "recycle" and trash openings next to the coffee empty into the same container.

Very modern rooms, pool, and nice service. The area around the hotel is not very nice thought, but it is well located, close to a metro station and Fundidora park. The breakfast is ok: Eggs, beans, fruit, and pancakes: Nothing crazy, it is acceptable. The gym is outstanding, has very good weights, and is always empty.

Nice pool, great lobby for families with lots of board games, buffet breakfast has lots of options, secure free parking, rooms in perfect condition, cross the street and you're literally in ARENA MONTERREY/ PARQUE FUNDIDORA. Definitely would stay again.

As a traveler, it was a welcome surprise to find a hotel that is clean, the staff is helpful and polite, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good, they have a nice variety (eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, etc) that you get to enjoy with a nice view of El Serró de la Silla. I chose this place because of its proximity with the bus station (Fierro/ Y Griega). Note: the lobby is not on the ground floor, you take an elevator up to the lobby to check in. That was the only confusing part, but don’t let that keep you from this conveniently located, comfortable hotel.
