A lovely house for a group or large family with en suites for every bedroom (the owners run a mattress company so the beds are super comfy). Good comms from the owner throughout. Lots of parking and path direct from the garden to a shingle beach. Good size kitchen table for shared meals. Dog friendly and two downstairs bedrooms, great for any guests who are not so mobile. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are a couple of things that might have made the stay even better - a welcome basket of local goodies, and branded toiletries in the bathrooms would be typical in our experience as regular holiday renters at this price point. Worth being aware the property is immediately adjacent to the owners house in case privacy / isolation is important to you.

No general use toilets on each floor, so it meant you either had to go to your room or use one of the bedroom ones, which was unfair on the bedrooms occupant

Plenty of space, clean and well equipped. Even had two wine fridges. There is a short private path to the estuary with loads of bird life. You feel right out in the wild, but there is a supermarket just 5 mins away.

There wasn't much not like. Oh, the weather, but I think you have to pay extra for that.

Spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, super comfy beds and sofas, really well equipped and stunning location!
