Our stay was more than wonderful especially because of the house we stayed in. It was beautiful, clean, had so many great amenities & supplies. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while on our stay! 100% would stay again!!!!

I cannot rave enough about our stay here. Everything was perfect & our host was the hostess with the mostest!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time visiting NB! I’ve never had a host that was so helpful. Will definitely rebook with her again!!

We had a very nice time in this adorable house!! It has been modernized and updated in every way. The beds were VERY comfortable which can make or break a getaway. The backyard was nice as well. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and the owner was there in minutes to take care of it. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were seasonings to use in case you forgot something. We had everything we needed and the owner Karen was so very nice. The Guadalupe is basically just around the corner as well as the Comal and Schlitterbahn. You can’t go wrong with this property!

We loved staying at the house! The backyard was huge for my dogs to run around and the seating options were great. Everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. And, within walking distance to Wurstfest and the river! Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was perfect for our puppies and was so easy for my husband and I to walk our baby in to town. Will stay here again! Karen was a great host.

Wonderful home central to all that New Braunfels has to offer. Cozy bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms and a very large backyard with seating for all. Loved the decor and neighborhood and excellent host!

Karen was very quick with communication! Very charming and quaint older house with newly updated kitchen and restrooms. Backyard was awesome and very spacious. You can walk to the tube rental places for Comal if you choose. Lots of deer out and about in the mornings. Quiet neighborhood!

Cute, super clean, close to Schlitterbahn!
The house was exactly what we wanted for a quick little get away! It was super clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. The owner was very quick in responding to reservation request and was very informative about what the house offers what items we needed to bring. There were also several special little touches that were not necessary but we appreciated...dog bones left for our dog, a closet full of games to play, wonderful back porch and outdoor games. We would definitely stay here again!

Simply Amazing!
The property was exactly as shown in pictures of the listing. Beautifully decorated and everyone LOVED the huge back yard and patio where we spent most of our time. Everything we needed was already provided when we checked in, it really felt like being home. We'll definitely be renting again!

Cute, Clean and Close Bungalow
The property was immaculate! Super close to the Comal to Float and Schlitterbahn. Karen was very responsive with suggestions and instructions. Added bonus we saw lots of Deer in the neighborhood which our kids loved. Karen also prepared us for exactly what we needed to bring and what the house already had!
