Location and facility as promoted on booking.com the host was fast and prompt and very attentive. A very respectful person as well.

Rates varied three times during booking because of exchange rate and this was confusing. There were a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen.

The pool needs more cleaning and maintenance

The property is superb, overlooking the beach.

The pool is not temperature controlled and bedroom on the ground floor has a very bad smell to the extent that no one can use it.

Very bad experience from the beginning. The price was AED 8838.16 for 2 nights, but they dedicated AED 9168.12 from my credit card, I contacted with the team and they answered the price difference is due to the exchange rate as they charge in euros, we cannot do anything about it!! How come exchange rate is more than AED 433! Not realistic at all!

It has a nice design and access to the beach, also the location was good

Cockroaches were everywhere, most of the beds were broken, the pool was dirty and our kids got sick.
