Uns hat die Lage super gefallen, da wir sehr zentral waren. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und groß.

Nach unserer Ankunft wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer vergeben, welches wir nicht gebucht hatten. Nach einer Beschwerde wurden wir ernst genommen und bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer und zwar das welches wir gebucht hatten. Es hätte auch sauberer sein können, vor allem das Bad war nicht besonders sauber.

Just perfect place to stay if you want to experience Sarajevo. I slept for a few nights and they had to change my room and every room is crystal clear, everything is new, the price is cheap for what you get, just perfect ! You have everything you might need, 24/7 working taxi, bakery, market, and the tram and all of that within 10 meters !! The staff is so nice, they have rooms with view or without but you are isolated from the outside world once you enter the property, no noise from the cars or tram and its still in the middle of everything happening in the Old Town of Sarajevo. 10/10 for sure, and I recommend this place for any occasion !

Great location. Handy to tram, and bus. We were on top floor so bright and sunny, and could look down on pigeon square

Minimal kitchen utensils. We like to cook. No chopping board or sharp knife. No cork screw or bottle opener. Nothing to clean up with. No cloth or detergent

The accomondation is close to the main city attractions. A minute walk to the Baščaršija, close to all the churches, mosques, restaurants and bars. You have private parking, but you need to pay for it. There is a small kitchen, a kettle and all the things you need. I already was here and l will come again.

The location is excellent....bosanska kafa in the early morning, just next to Sebilj! The stuff was really good and going beyond, like offering us the wardrobe washing!

Friendly and kind staff, Mrs. Tharifa, Mr. Aldin and the owner Mrs. Lamjja. The location is fantastic in middle of the old city attractions and everything you need such Masjids, restaurant, coffee shop, minimarket and much more.

The Apartment is central to Sarajevo. They are brand new and clear.

-wifi was a bit low - 0 communication with the personnel which made check in and check out extremely complicated and stressful -the rooms on top floor has no windows

Amazing location, amazing staff.

Doors are not soundproof, hence in the groundfloor apartments you hear every discussion being made with the recepcionist. On our second night, there was a sound alarm ringing on a telephone for several minutes at 4:30am, which was to be honest, quite disturbing.

We stayed here 2 times. Everything is perfect. The rooms are very clean. Everywhere is so close, the workers are great people. Thank you for everything.

Apartments are spacious, very clean and well equipped, located in city center right next to Baščaršija but still quiet, hosts are great and helpfull. It is really everything you need to have a quick access to Sarajevo main sites and landmarks and a pleasant stay.

Everything!!! - The location - it's near everything that you would ever need as a traveller (old town, souvenir shops, money xchange, bakery (Pekara Edin), tour agencies (meet bosnia), supermaket (Konzum), public transpo, fruit market, restaurants) - Lobby smells really fresh and clean. The apartment is secured as you needed the card to enter the main gate and door. - Room is organized, and everything u need is available (ref, bread presser, kettle, countertop cooker), we were put on the top floor which means we have a sun roof!! It's pretty cool. - Bathroom is just perfect. It's clean, which is most important. It's well-lit, and there's bidet (Saravejo way) - Staff - Zarifa is really nice and will welcome u very warmly. She cleans really well. Good job 👏 Highly recommended to everyone who's going to visit Sarajevo. 👍

Schoon en de ligging was perfect.

The hotel was really clean. The building seems brandnew or restored recently. Second day we had an issue about drainage of the shower. We informed the hotel, and they cleaned and fixed it. Location was great. If i visit Sarajevo again, i will definitely think to stay in Miss Saray.

Our room was cold a bit, in the morning. There is air conditioning but i think it is not working efficiently. it was a minor problem though. Day time or at night that was not a problem.

We really enjoyed the staff, the room and the location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice, big and clean. The location is about as good as it gets, right next to the Baščaršija Square. We will definitely book again next time we visit Sarajevo!
