We had a good experience at this hotel. The only problem was at check in. The clerk didn’t activate our room keys so we were trying to get in the hotel at night in 20 degree weather and our keys didn’t work.

Overall recommended for individual or family stay for cleanliness easy access to restaurants and shopping, very quiet at night,comfortable beds, friendly staff, we were overall happy with our stay and would stay there again

Beautiful place. Anna at the front desk is super! Very warm and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as was the woman in charge there. Keep up the good work!

Tough location to initially find. Relatively clean good enough for overnight stay. A bit too far from 95 to stop off and need to be careful next door hotel has sketchy occupants staying there.

The access road getting to this property has huge holes, could damage your car, there was a hole that looked like a fist went through the wall in our room, we reserved a king room, when we got there we were told they don't have any king rooms left by a rude front desk person named Franchesca. I sent detailed info to Hilton, it's been 3 weeks with no reply so I'm guessing they don't care enough to investigate my complaint. I'm telling everyone my experience since they didn't care to discuss it with me. I was giving them time to make it right first, 3 weeks was sufficient for some type of reply. I do not suggest you book here.

The hot water was not working so we couldn’t shower. Had to go to another place to shower

The hotel overall is good. It was clean. Upon check-in around 5:00 pm, we were told that the hot water was out but they were working on it and it should be restored in 2 hours. The hot water wasn't restored until around 11:00 pm. I was not happy about this at all. The room was fairly small compared to other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. Breakfast was decent. When we got to breakfast, there was a sign for biscuits but we were told that they were not going to put out any more. My kids were disappointed. Overall, the stay here was just okay.

Great stay. We were comfortable, service was nice, and parking was easy; However, there was a lot of people staying when we stayed and one elevator situation was very inconvenient and long. The stairs also appeared confusing like you cant find the start to them which makes you feel forced to ride the elevator any chance you can.

It was an ok Hampton experience. I am pretty upset that out of 5 days our room got housekeeping 1 day after I called to see if someone could get our trash and take care of the room. We were gone for large blocks of time each day, and I was disappointed when we got back and housekeeping just completely ignored our room for 4 days.
Otherwise, pool was simple but nice. Good location. Breakfast was meh. It was an ok stay. I’ll probably try another hotel next time.

The hotel was clean but we were disappointed with the location mostly. It was right next to the highway, near a poorly rated and older Days Inn. And the only way to access the hotel was via a front street next to multiple abandoned buildings and construction. We had to park in the back of the hotel and walk to the front door near dark. It did not feel safe and we were NOT happy with the close surroundings of the hotel.
Also, the pool was not available for use which was not indicated on the website and super disappointing for the kids.
The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel but I would definitely not stay here again. And it definitely wasn't worth the $250 per night.
