Pretty much perfect. All new interior & amenities. Walking distance to the beach and a few solid restaurants. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. The bathroom is beautiful and we never ran out of hot water. Cannon Beach and Tillamook are both an easy drive from the cottage. I'll definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time here. Nice property and a terrific location - easy walk to beach, shops & food. The property was clean and everything worked as advertised.

This house is comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in the quite neighborhood. I recommend it!

The location was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house had all the amenities for a light packing out of state trip. We brought a wagon and where able to fit provided beach chairs and food for the day at the beach. We enjoyed our first stay in Rockaway.

The vibe of this house is wonderful. Really comfortable beds and close to everything. So clean and well stocked. Double check that the hot tub is working. Heaters in two of the bedrooms and the bathroom were not working. Cadet heaters and it took about 12 hours to get the house warm.

I have no complaints about the actual home, or the rental process. However, the homeowner has a "smart home" surveillance system installed that only THEY monitor (multiple cameras, one near the deck/hottub area) which i thought probably wasn't completely out of the ordinary as the home was managed by an insured, licensed professional business.... but when the "smart home" fire alerts malfunctioned BOTH NIGHTS and the rental agency informed me they had no access to that system I realized this system is a complete invasion of privacy able to be accessed at the homeowner's leisure. The real issue with my stay is that both nights while my 4 children were sleeping, they were woken up with the sound of fire alarms blaring and since it was not the actual fire alarms, nobody was able to shut them off. 20 min does not sound like a long time for the rental agency to get the homeowners out of bed to access the system remotely and reset the malfunction, unless its 20min in the middle of the night with 4 terrified children who think theyre in a house fire. At first i did not blame the rental agency "iTrip Vacations" because their office answered the phone both nights during the malfunctions and did all they could do without having access to the homeowner's "smarthome" surveillance system, But i have since reached out to them with my complaints and have been assured something will be done to make the situation right... that was 3 weeks ago. I have called now for the 9th day in a row to speak to someone in charge and i am told they will call me back. I have held off writing a review for 3 weeks in hopes the rental agency will address my concerns, but i was sent an email from VRBO stating that today is my last day to submit a review.

Great location, comfortable and clean.

With a total of 9 people, we had plenty of room. The walk to shops, beach and food was so easy!! We would definately stay here again. If I had to nit pick there were some coffee grounds in the silverware drawer and the lights flickered a little every now and then. But those are very minor details. The house was so wonderful one of the best we have stayed in!!!

We enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful kitchen, the comfortable beds, the fireplace, the tv channels - we watched two seasons of Ted Lasso! We walked to town. We loved the beach. We drove to nearby towns and decided we liked Rockaway the best! The barbecue was great. It was lovely, sweet, comforting and appreciated the flexibility to stay an extra day. The place is well taking care off. We had a great time!! So cozy and amazing location. Really enjoyed the hot tub and grilling on the deck.
