Was the perfect getaway for the 4 kids and 2 adults

I really like the property for my family of 10, The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s too dusty.

The house was spacious enough for all ten and the bathrooms were clean! Parking was easy and the beach access simple! Best of all the managers were helpful and kind.

Everything was wonderful! The toys and costumes for the kiddos was a wonderful surprise! Quiet, clean, comfortable and nicely stocked kitchen. Perfect place for a family retreat. My only issue not handicap friendly at all.

We found out the dishwasher wasn't working, so everything had to be hand washed. On one of the twin beds there was something on a pillow case that seemed to be semen. (?). Whatever it was, washed out. The house is beautiful, well equipped & furnished, but the dishwasher & pillow issues were a disappointment.

Lovely home, well situated for families with any age children. Easy beach access, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the backyard space - great for letting our dog dry off after ocean time.

We frequently rent in the area, and this is one of the cleanest and coziest houses we have booked. The kids had so much fun exploring all of the upstairs. Insanely close to main strip and conveniences. House is also very well stocked. Very functional and tons of custom craftsmanship.

Building a home, living in an RV. We needed to get out and have a weekend in a house that fit all of us (10.) It's not the most extravagant place but it fit the bill. I was raining and windy from the time we got there from the time we left. Never lost power or ran out of hot water. The place has some quirks but everyone had a great time!

Large, accommodating and resourceful location. Loved the back patio area. Just an fyi . Many stairs to bedrooms upstairs.

We had a pleasant stay. The beds are uncomfortable as they’re just springs. There are several spiders and spider webs all over the rooms which was not very attractive. Other than that the place was clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and had very we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a super short walk to the darling downtown and to the beach. Be aware if you have any mobility issues that there are few small rounded steps from where you enter the house into the main living area. The bathroom with the shower is in the lower part, and the upstairs bathroom has a great bathtub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Cedar Lodge in Rockaway Beach. The house was well-furnished and well-stocked with plenty of room to spread out. We didn't cook much at the house but it was extremely well-appointed down to the vast selection of spices! bonus! The kids loved the "loft" bed, which gave a "fort-like" feel. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and super comfortable mattresses. The location was perfect - walking distance to several restaurants and stores and the Beach. We enjoyed the short 2-block walk to Beach Bakeshop for delicious pastries and coffee each morning. Yum! We made many trips to the Beach, just a short 3 minute jaunt for long walks morning, noon and night. All in all, a fantastic stay with no issues. Thank you!

We made a family trip to the coast. The house was the perfect location for our 3 families to stay. The kids loved having the extra play room upstairs and had a lot of fun riding their bikes out front. Being walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants was great too! The house was clean, stocked with extra linens and towels and communication with itrip customer service was great. Thanks again for a fun mini vacations!

This house is perfect for a large group wanting to stay near Rockaway Beach.We brought two teens and our dog, and it was a great fit. Would definitely stay here again!
