We had a wonderful time fishing in the canal. It rained most of the weekend, but it gave us family time together and when the sun did come out - we went to the main beach just across the road from the main Jamaica Beach Entrance. To my surprise there was parking available. The kids enjoyed playing in the waves. We ate at some really great restaurants in Galveston. Lots of space for adult & Children's sleeping quarters. My favorite spot was the back porch swing waking up to a fresh cup of coffee and listening to the sea gulls and watching the fish jump in the canal. This is an awesome place for "Just Chillin". Loved every minute of it! Very peaceful location.

We all loved our stay at this house. Location was great, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, communication with the project manager was easy, and house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Wish I would brought some crab cages and a boat. The lock box needs changing and the upstairs shower doesn’t get hot. Other than that it was a great stay

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect set up for what we wanted. The location is perfect for everything; the beach, local shops and restaurants. The home offered some amazing amenities and was very cozy and comfortable. I loved having my tea on the deck in the morning and enjoying a nice glass of wine off the dock in the evening. I'm actually looking forward to my next stay when I'll bring the boat and make use of the kayaks they have available.

We booked at Just Chillin for a weekend cheer competition but decided since it was the beginning of Spring Break, we would stay and hang with the college kids too. It was an amazing stay. The house is just as described and I was very impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. We bbq'ed, made breakfast each morning and brownies with ice cream for dessert. There were plenty of beds for each kid to bring a friend and the 3rd bathroom (with fridge) outside on the 1st floor came in handy too. The kids got to fish and the dogs enjoyed the outside time too. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and had plenty of seating for our family. We take turns cooking when we travel and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware we needed for our meal.
The beach was just a couple of miles away and we loved that we could drive onto the beach and set up without having to haul all of our chairs, coolers, etc
A small grocery store was less than 5 minutes from the house so we could quickly pick up anything we needed.

Our family and close friends stayed in this home over spring break. Great location. Super clean. Excellent communication with property manager.

House was a perfect location for our stay. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Would stay again and would be great for a summertime trip as well.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect! The house is beautiful and well stocked. It was great that we were able to launch our boat, then keep it at the house. It was also nice that we could fish from right under the house! Highly recommend!

Great location, more than enough room for my group of six, and the house had everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet too.
