Such a wonderful home, we truly enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and clean and we didn’t feel we were on top of each other with a family of 10.

Great property! It comfortably accommodated 11 of us. Very clean and well laid out. Great location too.

Living area not really roomy enough for 10 people a dishtowel or 2 would have been nice. Paid a huge cleaning fee,didn’t feel like threat of $100.00 fee for not doing a couple tasks was appropriate. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils, spices and dishes. The drip coffee maker does not work but makes lots of gurgling noise. Clean throughout though. Beds were very comfortable. We were accessed a hot tub fee even though we never used it. THE REALLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT WE BOOKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO BE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME TALKING ON THE DECK WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE LAKE…WE HAD ABSOLUTE ZERO VIEW OF THE LAKE WITH THE TREES THAT BLOCKED THE VIEW.

Our family of 9 had more than enough room to spend together inside and on the wonderful deck spaces. Laundry facilities on both upper and lower floors was a bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and community pool. The house still smelled "new" and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes and appliances. Location provided easy access to all our excursions in the Branson area. This was definitely our best vacation rental thus far. Prior to our arrival we received a phone call from Sunset Realty making sure we had our code for entry and assuring us that we could contact them with any requests or issues. If you plan to visit the Branson area you could not do better than Sunset Nightly Rentals. A big thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team for helping us to create family memories.

Absolutely perfect home for the 14 of us-great house setup for the college age/teenage kids and adults as well. Keeping all happy is never easy and this place did! Pools were smaller than expected from pictures though. We never used them as a result.
