The unit was exactly as advertised and provided us with a roomy, clean place for our annual summer vacation.

This definitely was a trip to remember. The process started with a change in ownership of the unit. It happens that way in the rental industry, I suppose, but nevertheless it made me a bit nervous about how our trip might be impacted. The host, Nicole, was phenomenal in her communication with me, as well as was the property manager from VROS. The unit was great. For the time they had between the sale and our check in, the place was well cleaned for us. Two covered porches, spacious bedrooms, a nice area to eat and lounge. The pool and easy beach access was great, as was covered parking for three vehicles. The only critiques I could give was that the place was a bit dated in the interior and the pool deck’s nails were beginning to come up, posing an issue to the children in our party. Ceiling fans for the porches may also be worth a look. But, hey—if those are the only critiques, I’d say it was a great stay, and it was. We will definitely return to OIB, and hopefully to this same unit.
