My husband and I absolutely loved this property! It’s in a great location, very convenient to everything in Telluride! Property owner Mindy West was prompt and answered any question we had. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an incredible experience in the beautiful mountains of Telluride, Colorado!

It was our first time in Telluride and we enjoyed our stay. Mindy was responsive and provided us with everything that we needed during our stay. It’s within walking distance to downtown but there’s also a free shuttle that can take you around the town.

This property was perfect for us! The condo was very clean, bedding/mattress were super comfy. We loved the location- didnt need a car-walked to market and restaurants. The 7 lift was right at the condo so it was easy to get on off the mountain. Note that the lift is only accessed by blue/black runs if you are a beginner. If so the gondola is right down the street and there is free shuttle out front of the condo. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive!

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. They matched the description perfectly and were impeccably clean, equipped with everything necessary to make our stay exceptionally comfortable. I had a minor query about parking and left a voicemail for the condo owner. She promptly returned my call and provided clear and helpful explanations. Her kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. The location was about 0.4 miles from the town center, making it a manageable walk to and from town. Being slightly removed from the bustling center had the added benefit of a peaceful and quiet atmosphere during the night, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with our two dogs.

My wife, our little 10lb Papillion mix and I really enjoyed out stay in Telluride. Our host Mindy was very communicative before and during our stay. Nice clean condo and perfect for a small group. Everything is in walking distance to the condo.

Lots of windows keeps this place very bright. Other units we looked at were quite dark. The unit has everything you would need - even an electric milk frother. Right on the river and pathway to downtown and the gondola - just minutes away and very handy to the market.

Great stay. Location was perfect for our visit for the Telluride Film Festival. Space was perfect for the two us. Owner was quick to answer my numerous questions. Would definitely recommend renting this location.

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy a week in Telluride during the summer. Easy access to the river trail and to downtown. Checkin was easy and easy to find all the amenities we needed.

I stayed here with my sister for MountainFilm '23 and it was a great location. Host communication was prompt and attentive.

The property was perfect for our family. The sleeping nook with the double bed worked great for our 13 yr old son. We were there for Spring Break Skiing and the fact the unit was only steps from the chair lift was fantastic. A nice bonus was there is a ski rental shop right is the complex. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to town and all the great restaurants and shops. Definitely will look at staying again when we return to Telluride.

Our little family had such a wonderful stay at Mindy's condo in Telluride! It is truly sparkling clean with lots of natural light from the big windows. The location is great. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't have to touch it for the entire duration of our trip. We were able to walk along the beautiful creekside path to restaurants and shops in town, and the gondola (and a delicious coffee trailer) was only a couple minutes away. Since many of the trailheads leave from town we didn't need to drive to get to any of our hikes either. In the winter this would be a great spot, one of the chair lifts is right out the door. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. The beds were comfortable, our son loved the little room where he slept, and there was a pack n play for our baby, so we didn't have to bring one. There were also a lot of nice touches, like K-cups for the Keurig and creamer. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Mindy!
