This property was perfect for our family and the communication with the owners was great! Easy check in and check out! Centrally located with easy access to the pool, beach and town. Could not have asked for anything better. Will be staying here again!!

The home was super clean and beautiful. Seconds to beach and 5ish min walk to main square in Rosemary. Perfect for my husband and I, sitter, and two toddler boys.

Had the best time at Rosemary Beach. The house is exactly as described and is in a perfect location so you quickly enjoy the beach, the pools and all that Rosemary has to offer. The owners could not have been nicer in all of their communication prior to arrival, while we were there and after we left. Can’t wait to go back !!

Just amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with tons of extras and consumables like paper towel and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and an ice machine. TWO dishwashers! Perfect location. Professional Florida-style decor. One block from Walkover A. This place is amazing. We will return. Six stars plus.

The house was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The location to the beach, playground and pool was perfect for our two granddaughters. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The two ovens and two dishwashers was great. We would definitely stay here again!!

The owners of this property kept an open line of communication the entire time. The main house was spectacular and spacious. This property is right across the street from a park and in such a cute neighborhood. I would definitely come back with my family, including my 2 year old.

I’ve been in several vrbo. This is by the best stocked house and with top of the live quality linens and housewares. They spared no expense. Luxury vacation. You will feel pampered. The time of year was quiet and not crowded. Perfect weekend with the perfect friends.

We loved our stay! The house was well stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We found that this part of the beach is a little more quiet than the rest of Rosemary, which is good for our family. And the pool is close!

We had a great time! House is prettier than the pics and is equipped with everything you could need. Loved the location at the end of Rosemary bc we did not have to sit behind rental umbrellas on the beach. The Big Bad Breakfast place is a must and right across 30A from the house. Had a lovely time - thanks!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. All correspondence with Jordon was great- they are even having to ship our 3 year old’s lovie back to us with no questions asked or making us feel bad for asking. It is a great location- short walk to the beach/pool and playground for our kids right outside. We loved it and will be back!

The property has a great location to the beach and was perfect for my group of 8 adults. Communication with the owners is fantastic. We ended up need to add on 2 extra nights to our stay, and they were kindly able to accommodate us.

We absolutely loved staying here. The property is spotless and includes all the essentials. A special nice touch I loved were the Aveda bath products. They have thought of everything you need.The internet wasn't working for us the first day or so (which honestly we didn't mind on vaca) and somehow the owners knew and asked if there was an issue with wifi. They had the cleaning lady come install a new router to make sure we had wifi. They handled it seamless.We can't wait to come again!

My family and I spent the week here in early June 2021. First off, the place is great. It has everything you would want in a beach rental. The location could not be better. Incredibly easy walk to the Coquina pool and beach at Walkover A. The place is on the east side of Rosemary which creates just enough space from the downtown Rosemary traffic but still an easy bike ride to dinner for the adults and to Sugar Shack for the kids. This our 4th time to Rosemary and this is easily the best location of the 4. And, while everything about the house and location is exactly what you want at Rosemary, I cannot say enough about the owners and on-site contact. They jumped right in to help my mother in law with a medical issue that occurred while my wife, kids, and I were a few hours away fishing. Beyond that, they graciously mailed back an item we left behind at the end of our trip. Deciding to spend your vacation here not only will be an amazing experience, but you Should know the owners are absolutely committed to a creating the best vacation possible for their guests. This house gives you the quintessential Rosemary Beach experience! We’ve been coming to RB for nine years now and this house has been our favorite to stay in.

We loved staying at Freedom at the Beach! This home had every amenity you could dream of. The location was literally steps from the beach! The owners were easy to work with. We will definitely be staying there again!

We liked the living quarters on the second floor for the look-out ability. There is no gulf view as the trees in the quad outside the house have grown tall but there is an open feeling that's very nice in the house and when on the veranda. The beds were very soft as were the sofas so fairly tough on the lower back. There is glass above the bedroom doors and no blackout drapes in the bedrooms which may affect those with sensitivity to light or wanting to sleep in. I enjoyed waking to a bit of sunlight. We loved the Rosemary Beach location and bicycling all around. The location within the neighborhood is also great and a 2 minute walk to the beach and into the center town area. One of our bikes was taken from the front of the house on the second day but the rental company was not particularly concerned and did not charge us. I guess the bikes are generally recovered after the teens have gone home from spring break. A very bike friendly community. No craziness over spring break so a definite repeat location.

I've been vacationing in the panhandle since 1980. I have stayed in many different places in many different houses. I came across this house last year and have stayed in both the main house and the carriage house. T When I stayed in the main house I ended up extending my stay by three days!!! This house has everything you could need. The owner is extremely generous, kind, and flexible. I live in Atlanta and when we had the recent ice storm I emailed him to see if we could escape to his house. He responded quickly and even gave us a good rate and on top of that when I left to go back to Atlanta (in a rush bc I was called back into work) I accidentally left my favorite boots, which he mailed to me!! The house itself is better than the description and the pictures. Its roomy and quaint with amazing details like antique furniture and space for everyone. The kitchen is large and very inviting. We cooked in every night, we even grilled outside with the grill on the patio. The location couldn't be much better, you can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. The porch is the place to hangout and enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets. I will always check to see if this place is available before renting any other house on 30-A.

Your house was absolutely perfect!!!! A wonderful week we had at that beach!!! The set up of the house was perfect!!! I went with my best friend since at the last minute my husband was not able to come. We each had our own room. My daughter took a friend and they shared a room and my son took a friend and we used the pull out two twins sofas in the media room. An awesome set up. We loved having a garage to park our car and the upstairs outside porch was our favorite spot at night. You all have decorated it beautifully and the manager you have on site is so nice and very helpful!!! Loved the mural in the entry..... We cant wait to come back next year..... It was the perfect week. Thank you!!!

This was our seventh trip to Rosemary, and our favorite rental so far! We were 4 adults and 4 children ages 5-8, and the space was perfect for our two families. We loved the huge second floor balcony space, the beautiful decor, and ample square footage, but the best part was the location. Of course, being south of 30-A is great, but this was the first time we've stayed on the eastern side of RB, and it was GREAT. A quieter side of the beach with a single row of chairs, compared to three deep on the western green side. Only improvement I would suggest would be some sort of pantry space for the week's supplies, and it would be nice to have some furniture on the patio spaces off the master and kitchen just to make that usable space. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house. The location is perfect (so close to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and town). The description was accurate, and the house was well maintained and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and honest. Definitely would rent again. Thank you!

This trip made for my second visit to Rosemary Beach, this one being with family Including kids. The proximity to the beach and pool were great. This part of the planned community is not as hectic/busy as staying closer in the town, the beach area is a lot less crowded as well. It would have been nice to have outdoor seating on the screened porch and patio off the master suite. It pretty much made it unusable space. You can still feel the ocean breeze from the second story patio and living area if you open the many doors. The house was very nice and well decorated. Having 2 dishwashers in the kitchen was really nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. It would have been nice to have 2 non stick skillets though, just a recommendation. We thought the playground in front of the house would get some use but the kids could care less and just wanted to go to the pool and beach. Overall we loved our stay as it was very relaxing. After going to Rosemary Beach twice by far our favorite place to eat in the area is Edwards. The food is so tasty and fresh.

Our family just loved this house. It was the perfect place to just get away with only a few steps to the beach. We love Rosemary Beach and this property is perfect to enjoy true Rosemary living. We will definitely stay at this home again...

My family and I loved staying at Cochran Cottage. The house is beautiful, has everything one could ask for, and is so close to the beach. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip and highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in RB.

We love rosemary and this house! Great location next to a perfect enclosed little playground and very close to the beach. The pool isn't very far and it happens to be pretty close to the tennis courts and indoor pool as well. The house itself is so nice. I love the high end master bathroom with white marble glass shower and chandelier over the tub. But it's not so fancy that I'm worried about Having my little kids. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.
