Comfortable beds, close to town and very relaxing! We grilled and cooked. Kitchen is stocked nicely with necessities. Coffee pot with both kcups and a pot.

Nice space for 6. 2 bathrooms great. 2 parking spaces and this one has space on side for an off road or golf cart. Only complaint I have is upper deck has a metal plate by sliding glass door that isn't tacked down. Someone could potentially cut their foot. Nice location and available free shuttle that we didn't use. Would stay there again.

The house is beautiful! Newly renovated, beautiful furnishings and so clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are so comfortable. The porch can’t be beat! We enjoyed morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there. Our pups will miss lying on the porch to watch ducks and the beautiful hummingbirds!!

Our family of 6 plus our dog loved this house. We were right on a beautiful river and enjoyed the scenery steps from the front door. Kitchen was a little small, but was not an issue since our stay was short.

Our family of eight stayed in this home for nearly a week! While the kitchen area was a little cramped, the home was perfect for sleeping and the small amount of time we spent there! Fully stocked kitchen was a bonus for cooking our meals in the evenings. I would highly recommend this location to anyone new to Red River! It was perfectly priced for the location and the views. Clean and easy to navigate around Red River and to Taos for the day! Thanks for a safe location that our family enjoyed!

The property was nice! The king size bed was comfortable and the rental had everything I needed to cook. Pretty clean and very quiet at night. The only complaint I have is that the outside of the microwave oven and stove top were not cleaned properly. There were smudges all over both. I suggest using some kind of cleaner for appliances.

This was a great property to stay at for our first time to Red River. The beds were very comfortable, the house was super clean and the owners were very nice. The location was beautiful and situated right on the river. Just be aware, as I should have read the description better....there is no washer/dryer. So make sure to pack extra clothes!! We ended up going to the laundromat one day so that helped. There was a nice laundromat at the other end of town. We would definitely stay again at this house. It felt like home.

Love the property. The location on the edge of town is perfect. Close enough to easily get to shops & restaurants within a few minutes, but still feel like you're away. Sitting directly on the river is wonderful as you can hear the water babble from the porch. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Red River. The cabin is cute and comfortable.

Cabin is a great place to stay if you are off-roading. Plenty of parking at the cabin with a nice public parking lot across the river for trailers.

Cabin #1...Nice property over all. There is no A/C and with that being said, the windows in the living room and kitchen area did not open. Very disappointed, also this cabin is next road so it is not very private.
