Nous avons apprécié l’espace magnifique, la cuisine équipée, la sécurité et la décoration. L’emplacement est aussi très intéressant avec les restaurant pas loin. La piscine est soigneusement nettoyée chaque matin et on a beaucoup aimé l’accès à Netflix. Merci encore.

La douche est clairement à revoir nous nous sommes pratiquement toujours lavé à l’eau froide. Le pommeau avait un débit très faible et c’est difficile quand on a des long cheveux à laver.

Super accommodating host. I went to Tulum for Mauy Thai training. The location was 50m from The gym. Everything I needed was close by. The atmosphere and vibe in the area is very welcoming. The home is beautiful and clean. Everything I could ask for.. it was perfect 🙏

Location is central in La Veleta. It’s August so it is super hot. The apartment is stylish, and well laid out. I had an upstairs with a small pool which I did not use. There is coffee, oils utensils, etc. shades help keep the heat out. A pitcher of water is in the fridge. Fans in both living room and bedroom.

I was there for just one night, so the cleaning fees were excessive to me. This would be better for a longer stay.

I stayed solo in the Gozo flat for a few days. I loved that part of the pool runs passed to the room and the patio door opens up to that little oasis with a hammock to boot! The kitchenette has everything you need for a longer stay, the refrigerator is a great size, the layout is great; it feels spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and intimate. I would love to rent the entire place out with our friends so we could all be neighbors in this little cove of paradise in one of the coolest parts of Tulum! Checking in was super easy and my hosts were always accessible for questions and great at communication in that they provided all the info that I needed well in advance. The location is fantastic! You are a quick walk from tons of restaurants, food stands, bars, shops, co-working spaces, convenience stores, laundry, gyms, yoga, and pretty much everything you want or need to help enjoy your time.

I didn't mind this but others might so I'll mention it. My particular room has small windows with no blinds or drapes. Some travelers may not like this. I feel they add to the charm plus they bring more natural light into the flat.

The appartment is very beautiful.

The front door from the appartment wasn´t solid so not so isolating. Exterior noise came through in rhe appartmment.

Very nice and authentic space, ideal for solo travelers. I stayed for 2 weeks and had no incidents, the host was always in reach if I needed help. Location is perfect with many cute restaurants around. I felt very safe.

Make sure to have earplugs with you. There are loud music right across the street almost every night and you can do nothing with this — I tried and they were absolutely ignorant about it. Also, the room has 3 round windows which it pretty and authentic at daytime, but very annoying at night; it’s too bright because of the lighting from the pool. So I could sleep only with a sleep mask and earplugs which wasn’t nice at all.

This property is well-kept, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the decor and the morning light. It is also walkable to the city center and there are some nice bars/restaurants around in the local neighborhood (La Veleta). I enjoyed people watching from the rooftop private pool. Good value for price.

Figuring out the AC took some time (you have to insert the key!), there is a lack of privacy when using the pool because you can see people sunbathing in nearby apartments (happened to me twice). There are also no real barriers to prevent guests from walking over to the private pool/rooftop patio in other apartments. Apartments are close to each other so your experience will vary depending on who you have as a neighbor and how nosy/irritable they are.
