The apartment has space enough to accommodate 5 , maxim 6 persons. The distance till center its aprox 15 minutes walking , till to rail station Colmar 30 minutes ( passing trough center area ) The accommodation has also an small balcony which we didn’t used because in the center its too beautiful to spend time in apartment, but for smokers can be an strong point. The structure of apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 living , each bedroom has a double sofa - in living its furniture , Tv and a very small sofa possible to use only for watching at Tv ( too small for sleep on her) The toilet wc is separate by the bathroom , thing which is perfect - if you are more people. In the kitchen you will find anything what you need plates, cutlery, dishes, cups Also there you will find a wash machine for clothes and dish machine for kitchen tools , these will make more nice your accommodation :) The apartment has very clean and a very kind gesture from the owner one bottle of white by Alsace on the table –as welcome Another significant advantage to rent this apartment is you will benefit of free of charge parking car in inside court of block (the access is with barrier) From rail-station Colmar ( exactly on the other side ) its bus station and you should to take line 4 , till Grillenbrite station , will take approx. 20 minute -the ticket 1,4 euro/person. From bus station Grillenbrite till apartment you have 3 minutes walking. So I recommend this accommodation !

Parquet that creaks a little special in the night , but its not big issue

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt eine Küche, einen Salon mit großem Esstisch (+ Fernseher), 3 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett), ein WC und eine Dusche. Der Zutritt zum eigenen Parkplatz und zur Wohnung war unkompliziert. Dort stand sogar ein kleines Präsent für uns bereit. Mit so einer schönen Wohnung und so viel Herzlichkeit hatten wir nicht gerechnet!

Noting

The place is excellent for a group of 4-6 people. You have the proper space to gather and spend time with your friends. The rooms were comfortable enough and had the necessary furniture to use. Also, the property is pretty close to the downtown area, but far enough to have a calm and silent neighbourhood. Also, it is closer to the l’eclerc and auchan markets.

The rooms were not very isolated in terms of sound.
