Location of house, layout of house, amenities, items provided by owner, etc all made for the best family vacation experience. We would definitely love to stay at this home again.

The property worked for our family of eight adults and five children. Very nice that we could easily get to the beach, walk to the museum, coffee shop, or playground.
We found that sound did not travel throughout the house which made for good sleeping by all.
It would have been nice to have more information about the TVs before we arrived and all adults wondered why there aren't more bathroom hooks for wet clothing. We ended up drying bathing suits and beach towels on the pool chairs. Maybe a clothes line in the garage?
We are a family that loves to cook so a few more serving bowls would have been nice.

From booking through check-in to checkout everything went smoothly. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The location was great; right across the street from the Ocean Isle Community Center and beach access. The private pool was very well equipped and quite clean. We were within easy walking distance to the Italian Ice shop and miniature golfing though we did chose to rent a 6 passenger golf cart This is the second time we rented this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The owner, Heather, was very responsive to any communications

Our group of ten family members totally enjoyed our stay. The two ocean-facing decks were just right for meals and visiting.

This house is awesome. One of the best provisioned houses we’ve rented (kitchen and beach gear etc). Great spot close to Monroe street beach access. The floor plan is great. Living and kitchen on third floor offers views of the ocean. There’s an elevator which helps for bringing groceries to the top. We loved our stay!

This was my family’s 3rd year staying at this place. I have no complaints at all. House is wonderful and has everything you could need. Location is perfect and the pool is an added bonus! Owner was very responsive to any questions and prompt to answer! Certainly cannot go wrong staying here!

This property is very nice and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach access is just across the street. If you view this property online you’ll get everything just as you see it. This is our family’s 3rd consecutive year of coming to OIB, and our 2nd year in a row of staying at this property. The owner is great to work with, and answered the few questions I had very quickly.
I would not hesitate at all recommending this property to anyone.

We loved our stay! The owners were extremely communicative during our stay and helpful. The house is an ideal location for young families - across from the beach access and within walking distance to putt putt, restaurants, and playground (complete with splash pad!). We can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic week! The location of the house was perfect for easy beach access. The house and pool were beautiful and fully equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. Our host, Heather was very accommodating and helpful; she made the ENTIRE experience very enjoyable. Thank you so much! We hope to return soon!

Only issue we had: AC on the second floor not working properly. The owner was very helpful and very accommodating. Even voluntarily refunded some of our money for the problem.

Our family had a great stay at this house. The location to beach access is great, literally across the street. The house is fairly new so it was in great shape. The kids loved the pool and my older parents loved the elevator. Heather our host was extremely responsive as well. I highly recommend this property.
