Excellent location, super-host and stunning design

The location is great. close to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and take aways. Most importantly, 150 meters from the germasogeia beach. The flat is recently refurbished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is big tv with connectivity to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bed is super comfortable and the linen of high quality. I highly recommend it.

Can be a bit noisy at night.

I was tricked by the pictures on Booking!! I came to stay with a 4month old kid and my mother. Specifically asked if my mom can sleep on the couch and if my baby will fit. After a while of not getting any answer I got a text that everyone will fit perfectly and even if I wanted extra bed or smth I should have contacted them long ago. I was fine with it. At the day of a self check in I had the most horrible experience ever(and I am a very frequent traveler). The apartment was impossible to find even with all gps and directions..also mostly because I would never think a small dirt road will lead to my “STUNNING Duplex”. So there was this dirt road leading to some very old buildings where I was trying to find an apartment for 15 minutes. When I finally found it - it was a door opening directly on the dirt road where the cars go..with the intense cat smell everywhere and loud neighbors with hundreds of dirty shoes standing outside of their apartment..Inside of the duplex was cold and smelled like mold which I found in the bathroom. So definitely a 4 month old kid could not stay there..The sofa was tiny..The bedroom was fine but obviously not as fresh as on the pictures. And definitely would not fit a baby cot or a stroller. I left instantly because that was for sure nothing like what I have booked. Had to find some last second option to stay on Booking, the kid was crying..When I kindly explained the situation to the host stating everything that I have just wrote and asked to wave the fees- I was called rude “from the very first moment you spoke to me online you were rude and I am not accepting such behavior” and told that “we have no obligation to share the outside of our apartment as this has nothing to do with what you are booking” and then in the end when saying that they will anyway charge me full price for 2 nights “we really suggest you reflect upon how you speak to people”. And I swear I wanted to just get 70% of my paid money back and not write anything here..

I've had amazing time in your appartmen. It was clean and comfortable. I had all equipment and stuff that I have home. The bed is mega comfortable! I will recommend it all my friends! Close to appartmen I found delicious restaurants, grocery store and backery. Especially I want remark, that appartmen is located about 50 meters from sea and has well prepared beach. It was like my own apartment move to seaside. Thank you.

Nice host person. Connie did her best to improve. The mattress is very comfortable. Good shower, large and comfortable. The apartment is renewed in many parts.

In my opinion this apartment is not "stunning". It is not finished. The basement is just at the level of the ground and the two doors are minimum 40 years old. So insects and cockroach find easily to enter. No wardrobe, just two bars to hang the clothes. There was no table and chairs even if the host said that they are still looking for the right ones. Sofas not comfortable at all, has to be urgently changed. No place to eat, no places to study or work at all.

Clean, modern and with great facilities. The location right on the sea front was excellent.
