Thank you for the immaculate, peaceful, updated house on the Beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have never been to Lincoln City and the proximity of the house to everything/other towns is perfect. We would love to know if you ever rent it on a monthly basis.

This darling brick house is in the perfect location on the beach with a clear ocean view and stairs down to the wide beach. It is immaculate with fresh carpets and linens. A great mix of antiques and updated bathrooms. Two leather chairs face the ocean. We loved sitting there. I loved having a bed that allowed me to raise the head of it. Worked great! The kitchen has a toaster oven, Kuerig and regular coffee pot plus all the appliances. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Perfect for a mother daughter trip. A Safeway is close by. Would stay here again!

It was nice and clean and comfortable feeling. My brother in law and sister in law really enjoyed it. They had not seen the Pacific Ocean. They are from Pennsylvania and for our age (retired) it was great.

All the gold stars for the Jetty Avenue Home. My family and I came here to rest after my graduation from college and also to get some downtime after caring for a loved one (caregiver burnout). I honestly could not have dreamed up a better place to come and get some peace and quiet, to rest and regain some wind in the 'ol sails. This home offered so much: comfortable and ample furnishings, a beautiful backyard to enjoy, a well appointed kitchen, and one of the best views of the coast (from main bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen—coast coast coast view view view!). This home has been well loved by the family who owns it, and we felt loved while we were here; hugged and embraced by all the good energy this wonderful place embodies. I could have easily stayed for another day, week, month. A great place to rest and just BE. Thanks ever so much, we look forward to returning. With love, K & C

This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend!

Location can’t be beat being right on the beach and who doesn’t love waking up to the view? A few things that stood out: we know the ad says beach access is shared, however the house has private beach access so I’m not sure why the gate is locked to guests? Same thing with there being no grill. I’d suggest having a grill for guests to enjoy. Lack of amenities is why I gave it 4 stars.

We have been using A1 Beach Rentals exclusively since 2007! We visit annually and have ranged from groups of 10+ down to just 4, we have stayed in several of the homes available through the site and have loved them all! This home is new to A1 and it was the PERFECT house, checked all our boxes for our group of 4 adults and a 4 year old. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have this home as an option and we will be back, obviously! We love A1 Beach so much and can't say enough good things about them! The top of the list of my favorites about this home that the others don't have, the SHOWER! I am in love! :) The bathrooms at this home are spacious and I loved it!

It felt like staying at home, not just at a beach rental. Really enjoyed sitting in the front yard, soaking up the sun and the sound of the ocean. We also appreciated that we were within walking distance to Safeway, the casino, and Pig n Pancake! We look forward to a return stay.

Lovely views on the amazing decks with rare stair access to beach. The upstairs bed is ideal for tall people. If you are shorter like my 5’2” height it was difficult to get in bed. The downstairs bed is normal height and the bedroom has amazing views too.

Great getaway home with all the amenities. There are a lot of family photos everywhere, so that is a little awkward. Also took a while to find the thermostat for the heat, it is behind the TV in the living room. Beautiful view of the ocean and great beach access.

Great house, very much in keeping with the photos provided. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Clean and it had everything we needed with regards to utensils, blankets and so forth. Had to call the property manager when we arrived (to locate the thermostat) and got immediate response. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about the place. The entire 'ocean experience' was by far our most favorite.

The location was amazing and absolutely loved low tide to walk out to the rocks and see the colorful starfish. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds and it was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen fit our needs as well as we cooked dinner one night and had some lunches and breakfasts. I will end by saying that nothing compared to the swivel chairs in front of the window where we sat every day to enjoy the amazing views!

Fantastic view! Super clean. Modern updated appliances. Remodeled bathroom that is very updated. Very comfortable bed. Cozy fireplace, the draft rattles loudly when the wind blows hard. This is a very comfortable and well appointed cottage for a couple or small family. The garage was inaccessible, don't know if that was by design. You should be aware that there are no brooms or vacuum cleaners. Kind of strange that there are many many pictures of the owners family on the walls,mantle and refrigerator. Overall, a very nice cottage with an awesome view.

This is our second time at our adopted beach home. We love the decor, comfortable chairs, couch and beds. The two bathrooms are great and we especially enjoyed using the rainshower shower head. We always enjoy our favorite restaurants but with Safeway close by we enjoyed the well organized kitchen. Best of all are the views!! We hope to come back soon. Thank you!!
