Very well organised, easy to check-in and lovely clean and comfortable place. Perfect for visiting Aberystwyth and the surrounding countryside.

Nice accommodation near Aberystwyth, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen.
There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in the accommodation, for a two night stay with four people.

Plenty of space and kitchen appliances.
The smell emanating from the shower room was quite strong and we had to ventilate the place for some hours to try to mitigate it.
Wifi kept dropping , gave up on it eventually.
Site is pretty uninspiring, nothing there apart from mobile homes, cabins and an old bus.

The house was clean, tidy and a cosy place to stay with great views. The hot tub under the stars was an unexpected and fun bonus enjoyed by all.
The top bunk was very squeaky, so my eldest son slept on the sofa instead... He enjoyed the stay though, so it wasn't too much of a problem :-)

Lovely location and very comfortable beds - and quiet and peacefull
couldn't turn the oven light off, and the lock on the bathroom door into the lounge jammed locked!

The manager moved us to better accommodation immediately
The building is riddled with the smell of mould in every room and isn't fit for habitation

The location was fine as I know the area. It was only going to be somewhere to put down our heads due to attending the National Eisteddfod of Wales at Tregaron - twenty odd miles away.
Directions to the house! All other properties on site had a sign with the house name on it and an arrow directing the way but, there was no mention of Ty Bach anywhere. I tried to telephone Booking.com to enquire but, I was in a queue for about ten minutes with no reply. I ventured through the caravan site and eventually found Ty Bach. On looking at the main sign at the entrance, it only mentions 'The Lodge and Caravan Site'. As it was late on us arriving on Tuesday night (after 8:00 p.m.) we wasted about half an hour looking for Ty Bach and my 13 year old niece was getting quite anxious by then.
