Excellent stay. Property is away from all the public access to beaches. If you are looking for a great beach experience this is it!

Stunning beach home with the best design for family and large groups. The house is so beautiful with space for our group of 10 which included 4 children. Loved that adult bedrooms all had balcony space that opened to the ocean and beach. Coffee there every morning. Loved the sunrise on beach side and also sunset view per balcony on other side of home. Beautiful decor and comfortable seating for all. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of dining seating for 10 indoors as well as outdoors on beach side. First time to work with this owner / manager and entire process was easy and very good communication. Flagler is one of our long time favorites and this home is now the most favorite of all. Thank you for the best family beach vacation. Love the private beach!!

Absolutely perfect home for a beach vacation with family. Home was very clean, perfect layout for family gatherings & meals. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the deck and loved having private access to the beach just a few steps away. The one recommendation is be sure to bring extra kitchen trash bags, tin foil and saran wrap if you are there for an extended time. Three provided trash bags (and no foil/wrap) for a week with 8 people wasn't enough. A Publix grocery store is only 5 miles away though. Again, terrific home. We would definitely come back and hope to do so again!!

The house was great. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities (which were in like new condition) that we needed for a great beach vacation. We loved the open spaciousness of the house and the size of the tables outside and in as well as the sofa all of which accommodated the 8 adults in our party. We have been vacationing in Flagler for 8 years and this house was a great find and are booking it again for next year. Thank you to Alina and her team for great customer service and attention to detail. This kind of dedicated service is rare in the vacation rental community.

Great house! Great Location! We didn’t have direct beach access as there was construction of a sea wall ongoing during our stay. We were only made aware of the construction 6 days prior to our arrival when there had been ongoing construction for a few months. Had we been communicated that information sooner we would’ve had time to find something else. We were offered a 50% refund for the cost of the rental itself. We were also told the refund would be processed 2-3 days after our check in. The refund was processed 5 days after our check out. Will not do business with the house or company host is part of ever again.

We rented this house because it was on the beach. Approx. two weeks before our stay we were informed there was no beach access due to no steps and construction of the beach wall. We did receive a partial refund. Property and manager were great! Will rent again!

This oceanfront home is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. Great layout for large groups. Gorgeous views from the two large balconies which were complete with tables and chairs. Nice, updated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, soft linens, ample beach chairs and beach umbrellas...really everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Restaurants, stores and shops only a short drive away. Easy check in and good communication with management. We would love to come back again one day.

Great experience, clean and tons of ammendities

Wonderful property, as advertised. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and private feel to it, even though it’s in residential area and you have neighbors but we didn’t even notice. Ocean in front of your deck steps! The area is like old Florida, don’t expect high end restaurants or shops but local, smaller boutiques which have their unique charm. We booked the property for being on the ocean and we were fully satisfied!

Excellent experience with this property, high end beach house with amazing views, and basically your own private beach. Would definitely stay again. The surrounding town was excellent as well, easy access to all amenities.

We rented this beach house with my sisters family. We had ten total and it a was wonderful stay. The views and private beach were amazing. It had a table for ten inside and outside on the deck. Beach towels and beach chairs were so nice and the boys loved hanging out in the garage with the pool table and ping pong tables. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook and bake. We loved the whole experience and would come back for sure. The views were top notch with two different decks for everyone to enjoy !!

We had a great time on our vacation and the house was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan on the main floor. The rental company was very responsive and up front regarding damage to the boardwalk from the recent hurricane. We would rent the property again!

Fabulous home with all the amenities to have a great vacation. Very clean with views of the ocean from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There were beach chairs and umbrellas that you could set up on the beach which was just steps away. If you wanted to relax inside there is a full size pool table and ping pong table. Kitchen had everything needed in case you want to cook with new appliances. The downtown area is short distance away with great restaurants and shops as well. Overall, a great home to spend time on the beach with Family.
