My trip was ruined by rude staff and trying to do this trip through the affirm app.
Staff were inconsiderate, abrupt, and frankly rude. I certainly did not feel like a guest. My favorite was when my girlfriend called down and asked for some more toilet paper and a few more towels. They asked why? She had to explain to them about her period.
I never write bad reviews, and always give people the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond the pale

Everything was excellent, except that we needed the help from the front office. The front area was understaffed, and the attendant couldn't go and check the lights that were not turning on in our room. We finally figured out and solved the issue with the lights.

Love the location, staff was very helpful and professional. It's a NEW facility, so very clean and all is still in excellent condition.
My ONLY complaint and truly hope they can address this, the water pressure. Shower was fine, however the faucet in the bathroom was SO LOW, we ended up having to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. And the kitchen sink would primarily only have HOT water available.
Also - lack of water pressure for TOILET was an issue. Had to call engineering to plunge toilet, despite not much in there at all.
Will be back again - not cheap, so hoping they address water issues as they are significant.

Showed up and was turned away due to overbooking. Refused to issue refund. This place is fraudulent avoid them at all costs.

Really clean. Not a stinky corner in sight. Our double bed studio was massive and clean. Beds were comfy (minus pullout bed) and amazing breakfast downstairs.

Quite and clean place. The break fast service was not up to the standard. Morning at 7:30 am I noticed they have certain items as I was going for hike. At 9:12 am, after the hike, the items have changed. Of the four hot food trays, 3 are empty. The staff say it would take 20 mins to make any of these and that he would not make any more of the items I wanted since it would be past break fast closing time.

Just spent 1 night at Residencs Inn. It was very comfortable. Trash had not been dumped and shower slow to warm, but otherwise great.

No hot water in the building. Couldn't take a shower. Service man interrupted and entered my room twice while I was resting and left dirty footprints in the bathroom.

This was our second stay in this new (7 months old) hotel. It is perfect. Beautiful, building and rooms. Very accommodating, friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel any time.

The bed was so comfortable. There was everything to make coffee but no coffee maker. We weren’t able to use the tv because it wouldn’t power on then after inspecting found that there was no power cord.

Great hotel. Very pleasant check in and out staff. Exceptional complimentary breakfast with exceptional staff. Large well appointed rooms. Downside was cleaning. They didn’t do daily cleaning. I was out of towels. I asked housekeeping woman who was standing in front of the storage closet for towels and she wouldn’t give them to me. I had to go down to the front desk. Nonetheless I would stay again .

Room had everything we needed beds were comfortable, room was clean, service and breakfast were excellent. The only complaints we had were the strike plate entry door was loose due to missing screw which made it a hassle to open door and room had a bit of a funky smell. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return if we are ever in the area again.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Second time here. We experienced a very foul smell in the common areas. The gym had it the worst. May have been a plumbing issue.
