Surprisingly, delightful, comfortable accommodations, peaceful and clean with excellent amenities. Easy drive to UGA during a Football weekend! Loved having a quiet place to go back to and relax after socializing and celebrating! The only problem we had was very limited hot water on one of the two days in the afternoon around 3:00 to shower prior to going out. The following morning, the hot water in the shower was fine.

We visited Athens for the party, but my partner got a chance to visit his family, which he hasn't seem in over 40 years. The property owners thought of everything a person would need to be comfortable in their cottage. We would most definitely stay there again.

Clean, cozy, cute, and comfortable! This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend while we visited with our daughter in Athens! So much better than a hotel room!!! Very quiet and quaint! We LOVE Athens and UGA! The Blacks

This cozy little cottage was perfect for us as we came to Athens to move our son to UGA. The cabin was Very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need and the location was perfect. We will certainly rent again when we come back to visit Athens.

It was all that it said in the add and actually a bit more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice, it is a nice place.

This property was very comfortable for the two of us and it was very quiet and peaceful. You can tell the owners care about the place and the people that stay here, as everything was clean and there were multiple amenities provided that most rental properties do not offer. Check in / out was simple and quick and the owner responds very quickly. It was also very neat seeing all the deer on the property.

A fantastic feeling property with the rental being very nicely furnished, spacious, and clean! Far better than most of the downtown hotels and much more peaceful. The location is very close to the Atlanta Highway and not far the major perimeter highways. We were downtown in just over 15 minutes on a Friday at 5pm. The Botanical Gardens are just as close, took us the same amount of time to arrive on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend giving this one a try!

This is our second stay. We love the cottage and location. Hosts are excellent. We will continue to stay here when visiting Athens.

The water bottles in the fridge were a nice touch. The property was very pretty.

Peaceful and pleasant property with light road noise that dies down overnight. Rural and yet very accessible. The visitor info binder is thorough and well organized. The thoughtful amenities really made it feel like "home away from home" :)

This little cottage was absolutely perfect. I had to come up for the State Science Fair at The Classic Center and my husband and boys tagged along with me. Everything about our stay was top notch. Lee and Kim were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we need and more. When they found out we would be arriving late, they offered to go ahead and have the sleeper sofa set up for my boys. There were drinks in the fridge and crackers on the counter waiting for us when we arrived. We loved being able to walk around the property especially to let our 5 year old let out some energy. I cannot say enough about how great this little place is and how amazing Lee and Kim were during the whole process. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family and hope to return here again very soon!

This is our second time staying here, and we will be back for another stay soon. It is just the perfect place to stay while in Athens visiting our son. So thankful we found it!

This hidden gem is so cute and cozy. It met our needs, close proximity to where we needed to be ... overall, a lovely experience.

This was such a great place to stay. It is just close enough to Athens. We really enjoyed being in the country side and having space to walk outside. The owners were very timely with answering a couple of questions we had. That means a lot, too. The cottage is so pretty, very clean and just the right size for the two of us. It was great for my 6’ 4” inch husband with the king size bed and tall shower. The little things are important! All the little things were well addressed here. It made us feel at home. We are so thankful to have found this sparkling gem.

The setting was perfect, the inside was clean and just perfect for a nice little get away. The walking area was serine and the fact you took time to share the history of the property made it even more special. Thank you for sharing this lovely location.

Perfect for a quiet retreat. Very clean and plenty of supplies. I would have loved to feel the holidays since it would have been magical but I know it’s not for everyone. The grounds are spectacular and super interesting. We highly recommended a getaway to this beautiful cottage.

Located next to a creek and last on a road that is closed to through traffic, this property is as quiet as it gets. It's an easy drive to Athens and Monroe. We were very comfortable on our 3-day holiday weekend.

This is a very charming property! Close drive to downtown Athens and a beautiful country getaway at the same time! We will definitely be booking here again.

I was looking for a place that offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and this place did just that. The owners are very attentive and friendly. This is at the top of my list of places to go to for a break from the noise of life.
