We had a wonderful time at this property. Heron Island itself is such a peaceful place and this house allowed us to relax and unplug. The house itself was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was also clean and in working order. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. The one thing that would have made the house better would be some black out curtains in the bedroom. I love all of the natural light that the windows bring in but the sun rises very early so it made it challenging to sleep in. We can’t wait to come back again!

Overall our stay was great. The house was clean and overall as expected. My only complaint is that the hot tub was pretty dirty to the point that we weren't comfortable going in. There was a dead frog floating in it, the water was cloudy, and there was alot of sand and other debris in the bottom. The property manager stopped by to check on us our first day there, and when I mentioned the hot tub she said her husband had just cleaned it. She did put more chlorine in, but that didn't really make a difference so we just didn't use the hot tub during our stay. Other than that one issue the rest of our stay was great, and our kids loved the beach!

Had a great retreat with Grandchildren before school starts. Plenty of wildlife and sunshine.
There was a tiny resident frog 🐸 hiding under the hot tub cover every day! The Grandchildren were entertained our whole weekend. Thanks for sharing your beach house!

From the lovely and clean home to the stunning location, this place is truly magical. We watched a mother seal and her baby play in the water, osprey fish, and nighttime phosphorescence light up the sea. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the house perfect for our family of four and my Mother. We look forward to returning!

Our family of 3 had a great time at this beautiful property on the water! The deck was perfection for morning coffee, evening dinner and drinks and wildlife viewing. The newly remodeled house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed and lovely.
Getting there on the cutest ferry ever was easy, just make sure you bring everything you need since there are no stores or restaurants on the island. Once there we didn’t use our car; roads are unpaved but we’ll kept. Our AT&T phones had decent service. We enjoyed kayaking (provided) and SUPping around the island…the water is so calm! Overall a nice, relaxing break.
