The room was so cold and the radiators were not warm enough. There was a strange smell in the room. I had to leave in few hours after arrival, I didn’t stay at all and no refund was made.

Owner was nice. Bed was good. Internet was fine. I had kettle in a room what was great. It was only 15 minutes walk to a harbour.

Lady who greeted me show me wrong room, walls was very thin and I heard every time people from next room. Location wasn't nice and I didn't feel safe to walk there to house after dark. Room was much smaller, than on pictures. Pipes was making very strange noises. There was spiderwebs on the walls.

Although very central and walk into Plymouth. The general area was very poor and neglected would not stay again when I visit my son. 4 Alma Street was clean and tidy it was satisfactory.

I didn’t feel very safe in the general area even though we were only a short walk to town centre. The room the shower was ok but the en-suite had been shoe horned into the room. I will not stay again.

Good location

Could have done with a change of towels as stayed 5 nights but maybe I should have asked. No bath mat which would have been handy so using towel for the duration of the stay

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room had a private bathroom, a fridge, microwave and tv, and the bed was comfortable. We liked that there was a shared kitchen, that was well equipped. The tv offers lots and lots of channels and choices. There is no room cleaning, but the hosts provided fresh towels and more instant coffee upon request. WiFi was excellent.

The pictures show a coffee machine in the shared kitchen with capsules, but it wasn't there. Only a water heater and instant coffee in the room. There is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use for free. BUT the washing machine misses all control knobs, so it was not possible to wash clothes that don't survive 60°. The overall impression is that you get what you pay for. It is cheaper than most accomodations but it is not cheap though. So I would have liked it a little bit cleaner and a little bit better maintained.

The host let us park in the free car park spot they had and cut us an extra set of keys which I appreciated a lot as me and the room mate were in and out at different times. The location was walking distance to the Center and the room was beautiful.
