The property is located prime area, good staff. Elsin at the reception was very attentive , helpful, for any issues he just came forward to help. For All staff - Well done, supportive , courteous. I had 3 day stay and on different dates. All 3 dates , i got a room on 3 different floors , the 3rd floor room was good , had smart Tv and breakfast had variety more of bread items. Overall good service, grocery is closeby the hotel.

On the 1st and 2nd floor in the washroom , I believe there is some issues with the pipe which is leaving some odd smell. For breakfast they can keep little variety apart from bread items. Should have more gravy items, rice , beans etc.

- Very helpful, warm and lovely crew (specially Ms. Valiola) - Location is perfect for me (Not far yet no too close to touristic areas) - Walking distance to Nizami Metro station - Breakfast buffet is really good, a lot of options - Single room was spacious and equipped with all essentials - Bed is extremely comfy, I got really good sleep - Wifi is reliable

- Some guests were not considerate about others, slamming doors and pounding noises at night and day

Great service, great staff, super cleaning

I stayed one night at Auroom Hotel. Everyone in the hotel was so kind friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was so awesome. There were so many variety of delicious foods. The Rooms were so clean. The next time when I will visit I again Baku, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The room is amazing, big and comfortable, all the facilities you can find there, very good! The staff are really friendly and try to help you whenever you need. First time I ever had strawberries provided in my room, very sweet of them. Def recommend it!

Only one thing is that the door is a bit hard to close, you do need to push it which makes a loud noise. When you have people coming in and out of the room, it's a bit disturbing, but no critical.

Comfort, cozy room and quite atmosphere to rest. Very accessible location. Friendly and kind staffs. Breakfast was great. Amenities were perfectly prepared. Well maintained, organized facilities.

Every comfort and amenity is provided - comfortable beds and bathrooms, a good buffet breakfast, our washing was done for us at no extra charge and some evenings there was a surprise sweet treat waiting for us when we returned from sightseeing in this beautiful city.

Everything was great. There was nothing to complain about.
