Our stay was OK, we found the furniture not very comfortable to watch TV. We would’ve like to sit outside more but the back patio area was not screened in so the bugs at night were unbearable. In the morning the metal roof from the patio would sweat, and the water would drip so in the morning sometimes we’re unable to sit out and have our coffee. Chris, the owner responded to any questions that we did have.

The home is lovely, well-furnished and lots of space. We had everything we needed for our stay and more, including coffee pods, basic spices, soap, dishwasher tabs, fluffy linens, and a hair dryer. The BBQ and outdoor space was great, we enjoyed it every evening. The location is great - easy access to Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Myers, via the 41. The host was super!! Very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

Tried contacting owner two weeks before arrival. Left two messages that I never got a response from. Thankfully the managing organization was very responsive. Then the owner sent me a text several days before arrival telling me they left an old microwave on the kitchen counter. I asked if it would be removed by the time we would arrive. Never responded to me and the old microwave was never removed. The owner doesn’t care about this rental business he’s in.

Clean, spacious and convenient. No salt or paper on kitchen. That should be a must. Other than that I recommended this property 100%

This house is really well kept, top notch appliances, comfortable couches and the beds are great! There isn’t a dining table inside, but there’s plenty of counter space if weather outside doesn’t permit for outdoor dining. Grill is a bit older but worked fine. Chris even paid me when I took propane tank to get filled. All communication with him was wonderful. Thank you!

We enjoyed the property a lot. It is confortable and clean. Plenty of space inside and outside. Chris is a great host, very friendly.

Upon booking I questioned the owner about if it was safe from the hurricane damage. He responded right away and then I booked it right away. The owner Chris contacted me to find out when we would be arriving and gave us all the information via text about the home. We were there for a wedding and didn't use the kitchen except to have a drink of water. The home was amazing. It had a beach feel to it and the bed was very comfortable and the blankets were amazing. I especially appreciated the washer dryer in the home. I did my laundry before I came home :) that is good for a mom who knew she would have a lot of loads to do when I got home. We were close to the wedding venue 6 minutes from the home. I also felt it was in a safe area. I hope Bonita Beach, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas continue to get cleaned up after the hurricane and hope to go to the beach the next time to see the rebuilding complete. Thanks again Chris for the amazing stay. I was in the hospitality industry for 15 years and this was a great experience. *Loved you had soap and a hair dryer*
