We really enjoyed our accommodations, the hosts, the animals, the location. Will definitely be going back!

We visited March 22nd to 29th.It was cold and stormy weather & upon our arrival we noted the fireplace lit and heater was on. This casita is beautifully decorated, very clean and you feel like your visiting family more than renting from a stranger. Our host Neesa has really thought of everything you'll need from down lap blankets for sitting on the patio, soap, coffee, creamer, spices, board games and she even taught us how to make Keto coffee & loaned us her own Bullet blender, MCT oil plus grass fed butter to make our own. The kitchen is large and has everything you need for electric stovetop cooking, no oven or dishwasher. The bedroom is comfy has extra pillows (firm and soft), allergan covers on both the Med-firm King matress and pillows to protect from dust mites. The linens were of good quality and clean.Even though we were in the country, surrounded by farm animals we never saw any dust or animal hair inside the Casita. We loved feeding blueberries to the chickens! There is an apt.size washer dryer combo in the unit which works well so no need to overpack. There is a small area to hang clothes in the foyer but no closet. The heat air combo was a challenge for us becuase we dont do remotes well but Neesa came out and showed us how it worked. The night before we left we wanted to sit outside and watch the Space X launch so Neesa brought out the Adirondack chairs and brought us down coats so we weren't cold. We loved staying here Thank You!

This is probably the best VRBO I have stayed in. It was super clean. My teen loved the loft area. It was like his own space. Great amenities. They thought of everything. I love waking up and being greeted by the chickens at our door. Very close to downtown and walking distance to a grocery store.

Steve and Nessa's place is as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. And all the animals wandering around add to the experience.

Loved the property as was on the edge of town so it was very quiet & restful. Owners had a small snafu causing us to check-in late but graciously suggested a winery nearby & made everything right! Would definitely recommend this property!

No stop lights between you and Safeway or Mount Hope Foods. Everything is new and there's a Kuerig machine stocked with organic coffee packs. Be advised that this is a duplex (not a house) with separate upstairs and downstairs units. We stayed in the downstairs apartment (Riesling) which is on the small side with one bedroom and one bathroom (up four steps from the living room) however there is a loft that could be used to sleep two children old enough to climb the ladder but not so tall as to have trouble with the limited headspace in the loft. Apart from a small coffee table in front of the couch and a very short bar with two bar stools, there isn't a table or chairs. In the kitchen, mugs, small & large plates and flatware service for 4 is provided along with a limited selection of pots and pans. Although there is a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave, there is no oven and the range is a mini-electric range with only one large and one small burner. Also, a small toaster oven is provided but it is just large enough to make toast or heat up hot dogs. If you stay there then know that you would be the dishwasher since there isn't one. A single, mini-split is provide for the entire apartment; it seemed barely adequate for April; could be an issue during summer and winter since the ceiling fan is inoperable "because of wiring issues". Outside parking is shared with the other unit under a large cottonwood tree which provides good shade in the afternoon. Grill also provided.

Stayed here for wedding anniversary. Perfect place, near old town Cottonwood restaurants and fun, yet has gorgeous views of the country. 30 minutes from wineries. Perfect getaway!
