The place is just like the pictures. Walking to the beach was really easy. Everything you need to just relax and enjoy the ocean is provided. The beach wasn't crowded and easily found a place for the umbrellas and chairs.
Beds were comfortable and extra bedding is available if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to spend time on the beach.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the condo. Angie is great to work with and is very helpful if any issues arise. There are plenty of things in the closet to take to the beach which makes things easier and all information about IRB, the restaurants and more is right there for you. We look forward to our trip back.

Angie was excellent at responding back to answer questions we had. The condo was very quaint and clean and only a quick two minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were more than adequate for us and our two adult children. All beach accessories were there like chairs and umbrellas, even beach towels and a cooler, which saved space in our vehicle as we traveled. Location was great, beach isn’t crowded. Food within walking distance, although we’d recommend Chicago Jacq’s and Crabby Bill’s. We really enjoyed Angie’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Angie's place was comfortable, close to the beach, and had many good amenities like use of a grill, a beach wagon, and access to a fully stocked beach closet. Minutes away from a great beach and some awesome sunsets.

Everything about this property was great! Location to the beach, just a short walk up the alley. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, slept better here than at home. Around the corner from our favorite place to eat, The Kooky Coconut!

Property and owner were fantastic! Easy walk to beach, close to so many restaurants, and plenty of beach equipment and coolers for everyone! Would 100% recommend!

This place was the perfect spot for our girls getaway! A block from the beach, with all of the amenities. No need to worry about bringing beach gear, towels and sun screen, Angie provided all of that for us! The wagon definitely helped with carrying all of our beach gear to the beach! The only small complaint is that the umbrella is a little cheap so as soon as we opened it, it turned inside out. So don't count on using that or bring one of your own if you have the means to. The place is close by to food joints and other shopping stores! We will definitely be back again! Loved it!

A very nice property, close to beach with good facilities as advertised. Angie the Host was extremely helpful when we arrived 10 mins early and could not unlock the door. Both arrival & departure auto-locks are exactly on the stated time i.e. 16:00/10:00. A little leeway would have been appreciated.
The bath/shower unit could benefit from an update but otherwise was very clean and perfectly functional.

We always love to stay in the unit! It’s a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and ice cream places. There are tons of towels and the kitchen is well equipped as well.

Absolutely wonderful location, short walk to the beach. Love that they have a beach closet with everything you need- beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys. Condo is super clean and has lots of games, kitchen supplies and even beach towels. The only thing I would say is that this was our second year there and we love it but was sad to see the loft bed in the one bedroom was gone and the mattress/bedding was changed and are not as comfortable as we remember also the couch is very stiff to sit and watch a movie, but those are minor and we love this place and the owner who is very responsive before and after your trip. We will be back!

Loved this property and location. Easy walk to the beach (one row back) and easy walk to restaurants and shops (about a mile). Home was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Angie was very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach and this rental. Hope to come back!

Check in/out instructions and credentials were prompt and accurate. Property was very clean and consistent with online listing. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes etc. Bed was super comfortable and we slept great. When we are back in Indian Rocks Beach, we’ll certainly want to stay in this property.

Angie was super responsive to any questions we had and her place is in an amazing location in Indian Rocks! Our children (1.5 & 3.5) easily walked down to the beach (a wagon is provided), which is only steps away. The Kooky coconut is also right near by and the kids throughly enjoyed their ice cream ! The kitchen is very well equipped and having all the basic necessities (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel) was very much appreciated!

Wow. What a fun location and place to stay. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes and close to all the good places to eat in IRB. Unit 4 worked out just right for us and would love to come back again.

Property looked even better than the pictures. Will stay here again hands down. Just a few steps to the beach, chairs and everything beach related you would need down to the sunscreen. The only thing I would recommend to the owner would be to put in a fire pit in front of picnic table. That would have made the rental over the top. You can hear the ocean from balcony at night.

My husband and our teenage son stayed for 5 nights for Christmas. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the beach so we took advantage of it.
Angela was lovely in allowing us an early check in time since we were checking out early.
Overall a great experience.

We had a great time and the condo is in a perfect location. It takes about 2 minutes to get to the beach, which is quiet. Additionally, the amenities in the condo are great and the balcony is peaceful. Tons of restaurants, ice cream shops and more not far from the condo.
Additionally, Angie is very responsive and super helpful with any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back and would recommend a stay here.

Description on this home is extremely misleading. While it is a very nice well decorated spacious condo, There is absolutely no beach view as advertised. The view of construction being built between that house and one actually on the beach is the only view. There is construction going on directly in front of the home that begins as early as 7 AM it is very loud and noisy and often prevents you from being able to pull into your parking spot. It is not peaceful much less relaxing. To access the beach you must walk down an alley approximately a quarter of a mile to the nearest public beach access inlet, most definitely not 200 feet from the sand as advertised- 200 feet and you’re walking into a concrete wall. Once you contact the host regarding any dissatisfaction, she cuts off all communication. Not a good location at all.

My wife & I needed a nice quiet place close to the beach, shops, and dining for some R&R. This condo checks every box! Very well appointed. And the balcony is a super bonus. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great location steps from beach and steps from ice cream shop. Beds and pillows were more comfortable than what I have in my home. Had all beach supplies of umbrellas and chairs for our use too! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. Very clean unit. The unit is on the upper level but was ok for us as we can handle stairs.
If we returned the area we would definitley see if this unit is available again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cozy, clean, beautifully decorated beach retreat!! Family of 5 and so impressed with the amenities as well as fully stocked condo with basically everything you could ever want for a trip to the beach!! The owners included beach toys, chairs and a wagon to haul everything back and forth…Also have to mention the games inside were great for our family to enjoy and pass time when it was raining. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive if we had any questions!! Will stay here again in the future and highly recommend!

Property was very clean and well equipped. The two bedrooms share a wall so literally next to each other. The bunk bed lower bed is not supportive and noisy. The bathroom is very small with a single vanity. Thermostat is controlled by the company so lowest temp allowed is 70 degrees. Nice towels and there is a beach bag you can use along with beach chairs and wagon. Tastefully decorated. Ice maker is very slow. Nice covered deck area with very limited view of beach and ocean due to new construction. We had a nice long weekend trip.

Me, my husband, and our 10 year old daughter stayed here for a week for spring break and absolutely loved it. It is the perfect spot for a beach stay, quiet little area with just a short walk down the alley to the beach they provided a beach wagon, cooler, and chairs that we used all week. The condo is super nice, clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. You are within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, CVS, ans pizza there is a little ice cream place right at the end of the alley we went to every night and even went for lunch while out on the beach. This area is so nice if you want the quieter slower pace than clearwater. The owner was so accommodating and very reachable. We booked again for next year!

This beach house was perfect for the first part of our stay in Florida. The beach was just around the corner and weather was perfect. The red tide didn't seem to be a problem for us. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and we really enjoyed having a drink out on the front porch at the end of the day. There is construction going on right in front of the unit but it really didn't bother us. It's unfortunate that the beach front view is gone but if you look closely, you get a tiny glimpse of the ocean. Close to restaurants - Loved the Kooky Coconut which has great sandwiches and ice cream. Would stay here again. Be prepared to climb 28 steps to the unit which can be a pain if you are bringing up lots of groceries and/or luggage or it can be viewed as great exercise every day.

First few days the weather was not desirable, however we settled into the condo and we were ready to take advantage of the beach and activities up and down the shoreline when the winds calmed. Condo is well equipped for relaxing, enjoying the beach, and cooking in. Beds are very comfortable and appreciated the main tv and tvs in bedrooms as well.
