We loved this house. It was perfect for our weekend of playing baseball and exploring Branson. Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy check in and out, clean house, and comfortable accommodations. We will stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

LOVE the location of this property! Quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great to have all the amenities of a home while on vacation...space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer....and our favorite thing....close parking which makes unpacking and packing a breeze! Will definitely stay again!

Listing described appropriately. We enjoyed our stay! Only suggestion would be to look around better when cleaning house. We found a half eaten pop tart in the kitchen cabinet. We just had a laugh about it!

This house is nice & in a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to activities is great!
I rented this one because it had a jacuzzi but it didn’t work. The fireplace didn’t work & the living room light with ceiling fan didn’t work. I was disappointed with these things. If you use the jacuzzi tub for a bath you have to fill half way & allow the water heater catch up before filling. (Wall mount on-demand water heater would fix this.) we were supposed to get bracelets for the clubhouse/pool but there were no bracelets. It is possible the pool was closed for the season.
It is easy to reach the property manager during your stay. If these things get fixed I would make a future stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and surroundings quiet. The pool was awesome and all communication with the manager was quick and helpful. Centrally located so we could get to the main areas and shows quickly and easily. We didn’t have to worry about anything except having fun! Thank you so much!

A great getaway location
We were in Branson for a softball tournament at the RecPlex and this was the perfect location for us! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5.

Rental is to high for low quality beds
The beds are terrible. When a person pays the over priced fee per night it should have a king and a much more comfortable bed in each room. It took me a few hours to be able to walk after sleeping on those terrible beds and my wife and I couldn’t even sleep in the same bed because of how small the beds were. Also the TV didn’t work in the Living Room so we had to watch tv in the bedroom. I will not rent this house again.

House was just the right size. Would suggest a hand rail in walk in shower for disabled customers. Jets on tub had an issue and before tub could fill water turned cold.
Overall we really enjoyed the house. The location was perfect for our needs. Would definitely rent this location again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend 😊

Great Location & clean
This property did not disappoint first the location was great within miles of Branson strip but quietly nested in the hills, very nice and clean if you know me I am a clean nut so for me to post about the cleanliness I give it a 5 star, sheets were soft & beds were very comfortable. I needed to speak to the property management & he responded right away. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing stay

Great overall, the note telling us the fireplace was being repaired and not operational was good info. Also the bath off of the kitchen area has a leak at the shower head (constant). All else was in great working order!! Thank you

sleeping arrangement, number of bed not as described, fireplace
did not work, and no attempt to repair when host notified. Bath rooms not clean on arrival, old fixtures, water ran constantly one commode. only 2 trash bags supplied, cooking and eating supplies furnished not adequate for # of people that was advertised to stay.

Issues-Cleaning and supplies
The house was the right size and nice. The refrigerator was not clean.
There were spider webs on ceiling in the bedrooms. There were not enough towels for the visit. I loved the location and the house. Just needed to be cleaned better and supplied better.

Really liked the place. We were playing softball at the Rec Plex across the street so it could not have been more convenient.

Great location
The property was in a great location for us as we were playing softball across the street at the Rec Plex. The drive to Silver Dollar City and other attractions was only 15 minutes. The property was very clean and well appointed. It could use a few more linens (like wash cloths) but that was an easy fix with Target and Walmart just down the street. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Was amazing
Had an amazing stay. Was clean, amazing location, host was awesome, and was fully stocked with kitchen items and extra blankets and pillows in closet. Was very roomy. Truly a home away from home. Only thing is, it says 2 queen beds in one bedroom. Both bedrooms have 1 queen bed. But the couch in the living room pulls out into a bed as well:) will certainly be back!

the place was nice and the deck was nice. However, we booked this based upon the listing that one of the beds was a king. Both beds were queens. Had we known that, we would not have booked this. They need to correct their listing
