Can't fault this hotel .staff very helpful.close to all you need to see in Wroclaw

This is a luxury hotel, tastefully decorated, meticulously finished and well looked after. The staff is super nice, extremely polite and very helpful. We asked to change our room and the next day we were offered an upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of varieties.

The stay was amazing from the moment I've stood in. The staff was friendly and polite I was given glass of champagne at the reception

A beautiful hotel with incredibly helpful staff throughout. We had an interior room - which was beautiful, and most importantly, quiet - so we could acclimate to the 9 hour time change and sleep soundly when we needed to. The breakfasts were the best I've ever had. Staff were very accommodating to my gluten allergy and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The Altus Palace is an elegant hotel. Service is excellent and rooms are comfortable. I enjoyed using the spa facilities.

This is a beautiful hotel with very good service. Rooma are excellent and there is a feel of luxury. Location is convenient but parking is expensive.

Great location to walk to the central square

Every member of the young, enthusiastic staff was so friendly and helpful! The room and spa area were great, and the breakfast had many delicious options.

One side of the hotel is only 5 meters from tram. My design double room is on the ground floor so it is very noisy. The room condition is very nice, new and clean but noisy from tram. There is no food and beverage credit for VIP hotels.com's member as mentioned when book with Hotels.com

Luxury Hotel, perfectly located in Wrolaw. Close to city tram, but also within walking distance of the old town. Delicious breakfast. Delicate room. Value for money

My wife and I stayed at the Altus Palace hotel (double room) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel and the room were absolutely gorgeous, and it has all the attributes of a five-star hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to the old city. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. A nice touch was that they provided multiple bottles of complimentary water (still and sparkling). As the hotel is located close to tramlines, we could hear the trams passing every few minutes. We are usually light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room as far from the tramlines as possible. I am not sure what the terms are for VIP access hotels, but we were not offered a room upgrade. The hotel gave us a voucher for 20 PLN ($5) to use in their restaurant. The room was great though, and we got a very good rate from Hotels.com. Car parking on-site costs 150 PLN/day, even more expensive than our valet parking in Vienna and Prague hotels last year. Overall though, we were very happy with the two-night stay and would stay here again.

Very updated and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the air conditioning and beautiful room. Shower was luxurious and everything is clean and bright. Our coffee machine didn’t work but other than that everything was perfect :) Very close walk to the rynek. About a 13 min walk to cute cafes in the town square.

Beautiful historical building, nicely restored. Nice size of the room, great bathroom with heated floor. I like the design of the rooms and bathrooms.

The room was tiny, slightly bigger than a bathroom itself, very disappointing. The spa looks much bigger on the pictures and the services can only be booked by calling or at the front desk (no online booking options)

Perfect hotel for our needs, tranquil, lovely bed, high quality bed linen and towels, excellent breakfast,only 750m from Rynek( the main plaza), by the river and close to a park, theatre and opera house. Very good ( if a bit shy) service. Highly recomended.

Friendly stuff.Beautiful property the only problem is street cars making noise. Other wise is gorgeous hotel next to beautiful old park . We really enjoyed our visit.

The concierge/piccolo didn't relly know what to do but tried his best. Building was worth seeing as itself also. If You are a light sleeper, ask your room from the park side, the tram tracks are very close to the building so You can feel the carts going by.

The hotel its lovely and the room was beautiful and comfortable. But the welcome, the ambiance and the attitude of the staff was not as warm or attentive as I expect of a supposed 5 star property. It wasn't bad, just not worthy of a 5 star rating. The atmosphere was extremely cold. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but again the atmosphere was odd. Firstly, the dining room is underground, which lends it a little creepiness through it is well appointed. Secondly, on the two occasions that I dined there, I was only one of two guests in the entire restaurant. This reflected perfectly the feeling of being alone in the hotel even though reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked. The bartender in the bar - also almost completely empty for all of the 6 days of my stay - told me that a lot of people book rooms and never show up. More weirdness. Not recommended.

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Poland. Loved everything about it from the service desk, restaurant, location, and the beautiful room and heated bathroom floor. Didn’t get to use the spa but I will the next time.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the service was impeccable. The team on the front desk were fantastic and really looked after us especially when we turned up early for check in and they were able to accommodate us early and gave us our room with no wait. We were also checking out really early to catch our flight for 6am and they offered to have a breakfast bag ready for us. It's service like this, that makes me appreciate the team's attentiveness and the extra mile they go to help and support those staying within their hotel. They were always willing to help and always greeted us with a smile. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, from the marbles in the reception area to the stunningly decorated rooms. We enjoyed the amenities within the hotel such as the spa and that was nice especially after walking a full day around Wroclaw town. They have a little bar on the 1st floor, it is slightly small and if you are travelling in a big group, seating is limited. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the breakfast provided by the hotel has a great selection of continental breakfast and they also offered food to order. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Wroclaw. It's around 10 mins walk to get into Wroclaw town and they is a tram stop right in front that you can hop onto if you want to go further out. It made this stay special as I was celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Thank you to the team for looking after us!
