It was great, staff was friendly

Great spot!

We were very happy from the moment we arrived till we left. Monique greeted us and checked us in. Very big smile, very pleasant. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Willie the bus driver was very friendly to all that entered his bus to the casino and back. Food in the dining room was adequate. I had a nice chat with Chuck at the front desk on departure. All in all, a great experience. We will be back and tell others.

We made a last minute decision to stay here because it looked like one of the better places in the area to stay. We had no desire to spend time at the casino next door. Our king bed room was nice. The front desk staff was not very personable at either check in or check out and barely made eye contact when speaking to us.

Amazing staff! Beds are very comfortable. Pay 10/day resort fee. For that there is a very sad breakfast. Nothing hot just a variety of bread items. Was unable to use WIFI/internet because only a few guest at a time are able to use.couldn’t use restaurants at the casino because my daughter was only 20 years old.$10/day only gave me 2 bottles of water. I still think this is an awesome place the extra resort fee just didn’t work for me.

We had a lovely time even that was just an overnight. The staff was over the top, and I enjoyed the fact that they expressed their political beliefs and a very subtle light kudos to them.

Decent hotel, nothing fancy at all. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was super nice and friendly, but breakfast itself was very underwhelming; primarily toast, bagels, and muffins.

Hotel not very clean. The price was also very high compared to the service. Not a first rate hotel

Check in Friday July 12th found out the room was non-smoking and I'm a smoker I booked through Expedia a smoking room somehow it got changed to not smoking the staff at the desk said they could not change the reservation to smoking because it was through Expedia their system wouldn't permit it no help of any kind just totally brushed It Off so Saturday July 13th we checked out wasn't going to stay any longer cuz they offered no assistance had difficulty getting the bill they said their system wouldn't permit a bill to be printed due to an early checkout what kind of hotel is this that their computer system won't give you a bill gave me a copy of what was on the bill but that's it never again will I Stay at this place they don't help they ignore you don't care

I have stayed here several times over several years. The only positive about this property now is its proximity to the racetrack. Everything appears to be less now, for example, less clean bathrooms with mold and mildew in the shower and several burned out light bulbs in the bedroom. I will not stay here again.

The front desk staff are excellent. We always have a blast when we vacation at the Charlestown Inn.

The fragrance they use in the hotel was too strong. Maybe dial it back a little.

This hotel is next to the casino with a shuttle( the nicest drivers anywhere) and it was nothing short of a great experience!! The beds are super comfortable and the hotel is very clean! If you stay on trackside you can watch the horses work in the morning...maybe next time.

It was OK...somehow the room was skipped on the cleaning & the toilet was odd (only flushed on 2nd try).

I had a issue with the cleanliness of the shower. I addressed it in the morning at checkout with no resolution

Had an amazing time at the Casino and the Inn is top notch. Really liked the shuttle service to the Casino until 4am My only suggestion is more protein at the continental breakfast, but made do with the yogurt berry parfait. All in all a great experience and will be back!

The property itself was basic, but had everything we needed for a fun girls’ night at the casino. The shuttle was super easy and convenient. The breakfast was typical continental foods, but it was so nice sitting outside in the patio next to the horse track while we ate. Would definitely stay again if we come to town.

We were put in a smoking room that we did not reserve. The staff told us that it was the only room available. They offered to ionize the room. It did not help the smoke smell. The room furniture was very worn out.

The Inn was everything we needed. Front Desk Team was very polite and helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and the shuttle was timely. The breakfast was "continental" but offered many options. I would definitely stay again.

Svc personal was super. Bffst was OK but lady was nice. I stayed here many times but going down heel. Hair on my pillows and winkled/ slept in winkle on sheets. Sticky carpet floor where had wear shoes to go bathroom. I don't like writing this review but they need to know.

I appreciate having a complimentary breakfast to start the day. My only complaint is that I sprung for the trackside room (more expensive) and there was not an ottoman for my legs. The standard room has one.
