I'm only deducting a few stars because they are in the middle of remodeling. I plan on being back to give them 5 when they are all finished. The room was beautifully done. The hallways are still in the middle of the process. The staff were friendly and helpful. The overall vibe was pleasant. I cant wait to see what they do with the place. Hotels.com should give these guys some sort of an award honestly for customer retention. Had it not been for this place and the staff, we would have dropped this app in a heartbeat. We habe since downloaded another app, but it won't stop us from staying here when we are passing through.

Hotel under renovation don't tell you until you arrive the elevator does not work and in my case hot water was not running in the room other than that the rooms were real nice

Even with ongoing remodeling, the room was comfortable and quiet.

Pulling in to the parking lot we weren't even sure if it was open. Scaffolding, plastic covering the windows, yellow safety tape everywhere...
Inside it was obvious they were under a remodel. Room had been "remodeled" but was still uninviting. We asked to be near an exit and we were. An unlit steep staircase with no way back in/no key card so access to parking lot was difficult. No rooms on first floor, no elevator.
Livingston is close to Yellowstone but make other arrangements.
The staff was very nice, breakfast was good but the total environment was not very comfortable.

Entrance area to room was mess from the construction.

, covered in plastic, leaked badly but that didn’t impact our stay. Reception looked good although the receptionist could have been a bit more cheerful. Anyway, it’ll be great when it’s finished and was a good room. However, maybe some warning would have been helpful.

The room itself was great but the rest of the hotel was under construction. We did not realize at the time but our bathroom had no shower curtain so we had to shower carefully. The elevators were out if order and the carpet tbroughout the hotel was in bad shape. Had we been informed before arrival it would have been a little more tolerable. I would not stay in that hotel again unless it was finished.

This location is in the middle of a renovation but even that said, it is incredibly low quality. The floors sag, the carpets are stained and dirty yet they are charging over $200 per night!

Helpful and friendly staff, not the nicest exterior but very clean and comfortable rooms, too expensive but everything in the area is, so I was definitely pleased with what we got!

Let’s start by driving up to a business that’s obviously under construction, not to mention an SUV parked in front of the entry all night. Inside, strong chemical smells, no working elevator, and paint and other unknown substances on the hall floors. Our first room has such a strong chemical smells we needed a different room. This also has a strong chemical smell but not as bad as the first room. The bathroom door to this room would not close. A fresh remodel did not include the bathroom door, room door, or the yellow-stained bathtub as well as a hole in the bathroom wall. The tub also dripped , and the tub/shower faucet was plumbed backwards (cold was very hot and hot was cool-bad for kids). The ice machine down the hall didn’t work and the laundry wasn’t available. This hotel want ready to be open. We could have left but what a hassle to travel thirty minutes to stay elsewhere.

First off no where did it state that it was a sports bar with live entertainment. NOWHERE.
Next problem was the elevator. It didnt work at all. We had to go through the pool room and up an extremely long, steep and narrow flight of stairs with all of our belongings. Making several trips. We aren't young anymore and have health issues.
The place is actually going through some very bad renovations. There is plastic flapping in the wind from most of the windows on the front of the building.
There is spilled white paint on ALL of the carpeting. Workers are still working upstairs while we were there during the evening.
Our room looked good until I stepped between the beds and found a weak spot in the flooring that the workers had just put vinyl flooring over the top of hoping that no one would notice. The bathroom door wouldn't close because someone had improperly painted it. There is white spray paint all over the bathroom. The air-conditioner was at floor level. We had to get onto the flooron our arthritic knees to see the buttons to adjust it. The room itself was clean but someone had left a lot of food in the refrigerator and there was a lot . Now to the electrical issues. I'm pretty sure that no licensed electrician installed any of the outlets in our room. We spent 15 minutes looking for the switch to shut off the "ambiant" lighting above the headboards. We finally found it. It was in an outlet BEHIND a plugged in cord for the bedside table lamp. Very shoddy workmanship!!!

Hotel was going through a remodel and the rooms were very nice. Staff was beyond amazing. We hit a deer the night before super late and the next morning one of the wondeful men there helped us fix up our van to drive the 13 hours back home.

The hotel was clearly under construction but the staff was so accommodating. I didnt go to montana with the intentions of spending all my time in my hotel room, just needed it for sleep and a hot shower which i was able to get all those things! Im excited to come back after the construction is done and see what all it truly has to offer but i can definitely say ill be coming back!!

It was not a pleasant stay

Frankly the place is just gross. Hallways and bedrooms were filthy, the bathtub had mystery stains all over it, the door to the bathroom wouldn't even close, etc. We found a pair of (very nasty) panties sitting in the corner of the room that they apparently missed during cleaning before we went in. Spend a bit extra and go somewhere clean

This hotel was awful. It was totally misrepresented in the advertising. It is in the process of remodeling and should not be open for business. I’m 72 years old. The elevators were not working so I had to climb a very narrow dark staircase to the second floor. There was construction noise and the hallways were dimly lit. The room itself was not terrible, but there was obviously some unfinished details and no shower curtain. After seeing the room I cancelled my reservation and walked to the next available hotel. The picture in your advertisement is not even close to the actual facility.

The place is under renovation and not all of the amenities were available. The rooms were somewhat nice with a few areas that needed fixing. The whole area is under construction and in my opinion should not be in use. The listing never made mention of the renovation and I requested compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I was not compensated.

This place will be a good place to stay in about a year when their remodel is over. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until then.

I left a 5 atar review because the service was good given the situation but it would have been nice to know when booking that the entire place was being remodeled. I chose this hotel due to it having a gym and restaurant attached to it. The convenience would be great considering i had a 30' trailer and dont want to deive it around town to get dinner. Restaurant was closed due to the remodel and the gym was closed as well. If i would have known that i would have made other arrangements.

What i like the most was the friendly and accomidating staff. The place is being remodled so its a bit messy (as construction is) but the bedrooms that have been finished are gorgeous. They are also very well price. 10/10

Under construction becoming a comfort inn. Staff was very very nice! Elevator wasn’t in service. Would have been good to know. Kids loved the pool area.

Building not as represented in their web posting. TV not working, elevator not working, gym not in service, rubble and trash all around the site, rats and droppings around the trashy place,
Inn Keeper volunteered and promised a refund but no such thing in seven days. Booking agent Expedia impossible to reach with a customer issue. Expedia should screen such obvious horrible places. Did not stay overnight, just impossible.

The hotel was under construction...elevator not working yet and tv in room but no service. The outside looked sketchy but the lobby and room was very nice and our breakfast was fantastic.

It was filthy and in the middle of a remodel job and it smelled like mildew and it cost way too much for what you got, and when we pulled into the parking lot look like it was an abandoned building

The hotel is under active construction, with debris and drywall everywhere. In my room, the power to the television and the microwave did not work. When I woke up, the mattress was in a big puddle of water. The air conditioner blew right onto the bed. I paid $142 for a one-night stay.

The property was under construction and there was no notification about the construction. AC Kept turning off. It got very hot in the room. The floor had construction dust all over it. The bathroom had no towel racks, TP holder. Due to construction the elevator, TV, were not operable. Wish I had been told about the construction i would have booked another place. The Person at the desk was willing to refund our money but unfortunately Trump was in the next town over and nothing else was available.

I booked this not realizing it was under remodel. When arriving it was so sketchy looking I called hotels.com for a refund. I could NOT believe how disgusting the premises were and after seeing another guest snapping pics I inquired if she was disappointed at the conditions of property compared to the pics online. She said yes, after exchanging a few words she said the carpets inside the hotel were FILTHY and covered in paint and the fresh paint smell was overwhelming. After hearing this I knew my respiratory issues would flare. I could see new windows under taped plastic, but some had no window yet, which allowed for anyone to enter the building. It didn't appear safe. If you are going to do a remodel and be available for use... It should be done in tidier more sanitary way. Absolutely appalling!

Nice place to stay on our bike trip

the place looked abandoned and i was not sure if it was even a functioning hotel. it literally was a construction site with debris ( screws, nails, chunks of drywall and other garbage and plastic wrapping) all over the property. the halls were filthy and all surfaces were covered with dust. paint and plaster covered the carpets. you could not put your bags on the floor without getting them covered with this crap. the elevator did not work. the rooms they were putting guests in were on the 2nd floor up a very narrow long flight of stairs. two people could not pass on those stairs. unsafe! the fact that i am disabled did not seem to matter to them and they put me in a room at the far back of the building on the 2nd floor. the TV's did not work. there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and my pee is hotter than the shower. overall it was a hotel hell. i struggled to get my stuff from my vehicle to my room taking 3 trips to accomplish the task. no one offered to help the disabled 70 year old. i had also booked a night at the same hotel for on my way back home 6 days later. after getting my stuff into my room i drove down the street stopping at the travel lodge and reserved a room there for that night. then i cancelled the reservation in this horrible place. if you put a match to this property it would be a considerable improvement.

The hotel was under construction but the room was clean and modern. The front desk staff was friendly and offered a refund since the elevator, pool, and tv weren’t working due to construction. We chose to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

They were remodeling the hotel, but the smell was awful and the hallways were dirty. The televisions weren’t working
1.0 / 5.0
Made reservations with no forewarning there was no cable tv, elevator, or lounge, and the place was just in shambles as they were renovating. Upon going to their website their domain is down, so can’t collect info there. They are booking rooms without letting people know what amnesties are missing and the condition Of the place. The price of the hotel did not reflect them trying to compensate for the situation, instead they are simply renovating their building and continuing to rent subpar rooms to tourist in the Yellowstone area during travel season at an outrageous price. I live in the area and I find this to be disgusting how they are taking advantage. Like I said I’m from the area so we chose not to stay and drove home at 3 in the morning instead. Bad bad business practices as they use a “well there is nowhere else to stay policy”.
