The desk clerk was rude and snotty I left before dark so I didn't even stay there

Avoid at all costs . Not a family or kid friendly area .

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room as the rating for this hotel wasn’t very high. But we were ready to crash for the night. The rooms have recently been remodeled and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice and overall we liked our stay.

Not a good one

They advertise Queen beds in the room they only have double. Not comfortable for 2 large people. Did not even apologize just blamed other people. Morning manager rude and insulting. Said beds the same size. An apology and a small discount would have been nice. Only stayed because night employee said couldn’t refund what we paid when I said beds were not what was advertised. First room had outlets not working. Second had outlets hanging by wires out of the wall. Did not seem to care when told. Don’t stay here.

Didn’t care for the kinda guest that made me feel unsafe and the area was bad

I paid and reserved my room thru the Hotels.com app around 4pm that day and I arrived at the hotel around 5:30pm. Upon entering the office to check in the girl at the desk pulled up my reservation and proceeded to check me in and after finding my prepaid room reservation I was told that I would need to supply her with a different credit/debit card so she could place a $100 hold on for “incidentals” as she said. So I did as requested (actually had to give her 2 different cards because she said she was having problems processing my cards). After about 15-20 minutes of her trying she was finally able to process the hold fee. Later in the evening around 9 pm she shows up at my room door to say that the room was non smoking and if I was smoking in the room I would be charged an additional $100 charge. I assured her that I was not smoking in the room and after a 10 min back and forth about the situation she finally left. It made me uncomfortable and did not want to stay there any longer but because my reservation was nonrefundable I had no choice to stay. Hotel was going thru renovations and was a little dirty and clustered in parking lot. I did get a newly renovated room and was not impressed at all. The bathroom doors were banged up and broken and fhe bathroom was dirty with muddy foot prints and dirty washcloths and towels thrown around. Would not recommend

the second night of my stay from roughly 8pm until 11pm i was not able to sleep due to someone bringing a dog to the hotel and letting it bark all night, i finally took sleep aids and had to wake up 3 hours later to leave. my worst stay there yet.

The property well well maintained, but there was a off ramp for the highway within 100 feet of my door. The room was well insulated against the noise though

I Didn't like it cops co e beating at the door in the middle of the night i was also charged 65 dollars because my girlfriend started her period and bleed on the sheets they could have been washed very easily but they told me they trashed them and i had to pay an additional 65 dollars for them i will never stay there again also the host was very rude

We arrived around 12:45 in the morning. Sign on the door said they’d be back in 10 minutes. We waited about 25 before ringing the bell. And the gentleman was right inside the door. But he got our paperwork processed into our room quickly.

The trim was falling off the walls, the bathroom had rotten drywall, the sheets were stained and had to peel off the top sheet because it was stuck to the bed. The room wreaked of smoke. I woke up to a bug crawling on me. The floors seemed like they were sticky and had spots of stuff all over them. The shower had no hot water and when told they said ‘oh well it takes a REALLY REALLY long time to reach the ends of the building.’

Very peculiar place... looks pretty gross and filthy in the common areas and parking lot but very tidy, clean, and comfortable in the room

Took the front desk lady 30+ mins to check in. Got there by 4pm checked in be 4:30pm checked out by 5:30pm. The room smelled like cigg smoke, there was ants on the floor, dirty towels, no toilet paper, dirty counter tops, door were broke and would not open or close properly.

The stay was okay. I left a day early though and they wouldn't give any money back so that sucked.

The room was clean but the property was not.

Different

The room was updated, clean and pleasant. The overall property could use some updating. Its a good value, if you’re looking for a cheap, decent room.

I arrived after 2am and no longer had a room because there were no rooms available and it was overbooked. I never received a call or anything notify me of this issue prior to arriving. Fortunately Expedia was able to solve the issue, but the hotel was not helpful.

Appropriate for the price

After ringing the bell and shouting through the security slot for five minutes, I finally needed to call the front desk to get the attention of the apparently sleeping staff member who was rude and dismissive. The room says non-smoking, but someone definitely smoked in this room sometime in the last week or so. Still smells stale. Everything about this building is seedy and dirty. I thought I was going to get stuck in the elevator, which makes a disconcerting clunk as it goes up and down. A sign taped to the front door said “no breakfast to due to renovations.” Looks like it’s been there a while, making me wonder about these so-called renovations. I’m guessing I’m not getting a discount for that unprovided service. But honestly, I don’t think I would eat anything this place provided. The lighting in the rooms is horrendous, bright fluorescent, with no bedside lamps at all. If I hadn’t gotten in as late as I did, I absolutely would have demanded a refund and found another place to stay. Avoid this place.

Not clean

The room was unlivable. We arrived at 11:00pm. The Sheets had burn holes from cigarette. The sheets were not fresh or clean. The bathroom was moldy and the entire room smelled so bad like cigarette smoke we could not stay there. I went back to the desk to get a refund and the hotel clerk could not be found! I waited 20 mins. We will never go back!

It advertised free breakfast but we didn’t get any. Most of the room was clean just some stains in tub and towels that didn’t make it look clean! There were no bugs!!😊

Hotel is runner down badly

If you like roaches, water-damaged floors, old towels, broken lamps, broken towel racks, broken AC vents, dirty walls, uncomfortable beds, cold showers, and an exit ramp off the back door this is the place for you. Not worth more than $25 a night

It’s very outdated, pictures online are deceiving. They seemed to be updating some of the rooms but the one I stayed in was not. Not the cleanest of rooms either. I would have left and went to another hotel but unfortunately all hotels in the area were totally booked. Will not book here again

The stay was not good at all! The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the beds covers were dirty with old stains or something on them also, with burn holes in them. The sheets were looking like they were starting shed apart, was so thin. Plus there was hair laying on the bed/sheet. There was burnt cigarette stains on the tub an the sink. Tv was hanging crooked on the wall. Had only one bath towel, wash cloth an hand towel. For a room that sleeps 4. We didn't stay the next night left as soon as we got up. Tried to get a refund but wouldnt give a refund for at least one night. Still figthing for refund. Place does not look like what they say it does online at this Super 8. The 2 people that worked this night was nice but not the next day for one of the managers. Rude! Have pictures to prove what the room looked like but won't let me download them.

You get what you pay. Cigarette burns on blankets. Questionable sheets. Not enough towels. Smelled of cigarettes in a no smoking room. No wifi. Air conditioner was stuck on low. Took 20 minutes for the water to get hot. I would not stay here!

Stay was good and the staff friendly. Some take away can be provided for breakfast in addition to the coffee
