The Front Desk agent was rude, arrogant and very passive aggressive. She lacked any kind of human kindness. Her attitude did not make us welcome and her only talent was to flirt with the lines between fake kindness, passive aggressive and arrogance. When we reported some issues with the room (ex: room door not closing properly) she took note but never informed us that something was done/repaired…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive and were very knowledgeable about the city and what it had to offer. The room was a good size although the bathroom was a little on the small side both were well kept and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Only issue we had was that the shower soaked the whole bathroom floor.
The cocktails we had a the hotel bar were delicious as well.
Worth noting that there isn't really anywhere to hang things, there are hangers but the space for them is in front of the coffee machine. Wasn't an issue for us but worth noting anyway.

A wonderful building that has been superbly converted. Apart from some minor issues of limited hanging space and storage spaces rather haphazard and awkward to access there was only one aspect that I found less than excellent.
Air conditioning is, of course, essential in the building but I found the effect of the extremely dry air breathed during the night quite unpleasant with nasal passgages and throat affected. If any means could be found to add some humidity it would be most welcome.
