Room was dirty, sheets were stained, bathroom was musty. Very loud people outside of my room. would not come here again.

It was quite no one really bothers you and people in the front were very nice

This hotel has great service and are very accommodating. The owners are vey nice and always helpful. The rooms very spacious and decent quality with some of the upgraded room being surprisingly pretty nice and comes with refrigerator in microwave. Also the location is great and along with the pricing i would definitely recommend if needed a hotel in the area

Remodeled rooms, terrific staff made me feel welcome. Great location!

I visited the motel before checking in and immediately i decided to cancel my reservation. The place is unkempt. I didn't even want to park my car there.

Noise all night and morning! Property so old its scary! Bed Linens very nice and white clean! Bed board good!

Great location and this place looks like they have really tried to fix it up. You can tell with patchwork here and there and paint missing in areas. For the price it was fair.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfortable I never want to get out of it. A/C works great. Nice size fridge with an actual freezer. My son and I are gamers and the Internet works great for that.

Room was really rusty and dirty (walls, floor, bathtub, sink). Found 7 baby cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The room smelled like weed every time we came back to sleep. Not truly recommended for family trips. Good thing: microwave and refrigerator in the room were very clean and looked brand new.

The staff are amazingly friendly and incredibly accommodating. I was allowed an early check-in. The wonderful gentleman recognized me right away from a previous stay and offered me the same room.

My family always enjoys being at this hotel when we go for the weekend to stay at Orange County! The staff is so sweet and always willing to help with any questions. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Very Low budget accomodation but the bed was good and clean. Bathroom old, noisy people on the property but the guard took good care of us.

There is someone playing loud music intermittently in the room next to me although management did a good job at suppressing it it came back later of course

Booking and check in was smooth. I was accommodated with my early check in request. The room was just the right size and the property is peaceful. Hopefully the cable will be back on for my next visit.

Wallet friendly. If you just need a place to sleep this will get it done.

Staff was extremely helpful. And accommodating to my stay and my situation I would highly recommend this lodging choice to any of my friend and close family. Thank you to the manager and and his family.

Bad experience. No hot water and no AC

Wall are really thin. Drove in from Vegas after wroking the night and I was really looking forward to getting some sleep. I checked in and asked to be put up somewhere quite in the hotel. I got maybe two hours worth of sleep and then the guest starting coming in. Then all the noise started happening and it didn't end until around midnight. Once everything died down you could hear folks snoring in the next room. It was like there was no consideration for people sleeping. Another thing, there was no way to lock the door from the inside of your room. Not a chain, latch, or deadbolt. Only locks with a lock that can easily be open with the card key and a simple turn of the knob. I did't feel safe and put the room chair up against the door. No, black out curtains, just wooden blinds. Pretty much anything to cut cost on cleaning, this hotel did. No carpet, just floor tile, just two towels, one roll of toilet paper and thats it!!! Next time, I'd rather sleep in my car and save me 100 bucks.

I reserved a king bed with cable tv, towels microwave but got none of it

Inhad went once, room was clean and good expirience. The second time, went into the room and it was dirty,smelled like smoke and it was a "non-smoke" room. Looked like the room was used and not cleaned. The staff was pretty good about it, cleaned it but i wish i didnt have this inconvenience, i was already tired and ready to sleep.

The staff at Royal Inn seriously go above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable, easy and the fact that there's stores and places to eat right across the street is really awesome..This is the only hotel I'll stay on , Orange County is not a very nice place if you need a room! Royal Inn is the exception!!

I FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO BE HARRASSED BY JUST THE GUESTS THAT WERE HANGING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT AT ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT. FELT UNSAFE THE SECOND I WALKED INTO ROOM. IMMEDIATELY CRIED AND KNEW I MADE A MISTAKE.

The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful, they made our stay extremely enjoyable. The room was spotless, it smelled fresh and it is very refreshing because you cannot find decent hotels in Orange County anymore. This is the only one!! I won't stay anywhere else!!

Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's clean, quiet, the staff is incredible...Joe, especially, is genuine, helpful, and he did everything he could to make our stay one that we'll never forget!! The only negative is the WiFi was down...but other than that, I give Royal Inn a 5 star rating for sure!!!
