Only a 3km walk down Broadway to be in all the action, this is a very nice boutique hotel with an amazing roof top, pool/bar area which a lot of the hotels right down on lower Broadway do not have, I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was awesome and the vibe of the hotel was very European! It feltblikevmaybe some of the guests were still spending plunder dollars from World War 2. But in a good way.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The pool area was nice to hang out in. The only issue is that the parking fee is a criminal amount per night.

Very beautiful rooms and right next to bus stops to get downtown. Only complaint, our fridge and Keurig were not working and we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff member who stated she would order maintenance to our room to check it out. Maintenance never came for the entirety of our stay. Fortunately we were able to fix the problem on our own, but went most of our stay without a fridge to keep our water and fruit cold. Disappointed in the lack of follow through on our request for help.

Place was nice. Clean and staff was great. A few cons…the rooftop pool is small and surrounded by buildings. The cocktail drinks were weak. All in all still decent and will probably come back since wife liked it. 😉

Had a very enjoyable holiday at the Fraye. The hotel was very clean and room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The concierge Jean Paul was amazing. He went over and above to ensure we had what we needed and was very helpful during our stay. Lots of good dining options closeby. Would definitely come back.

Really liked the hotel.
The problem was that we went to go swimming a couple of times and paying almost $500 a night .. you would think that the pool would be clean especially after the amount of people that use it. We went down to use it the 5th and 6th . Black balls of hair in the bottom and very cloudy. Ended up not even getting in. Very disappointing, we were planning on spending time at the pool every day because of the 100 degree temperature .
We loved the hotel and where it is.
We will be coming again to Nashville this fall. Probably will stay somewhere else.

Front desk person lacked communication skills at check in. Just wrote times and locations on my room key sleeve without explaining what it was for. Otherwise, stay was great. My brunch at Gathre was just ok. But the hotel was nice. I enjoyed the pool area. Exercise room was well equipped including multiple Peleton bikes. The room was nice. Would stay again.

A little more livelihood and customer service at pool bar/terrace would have been nice, but of course our trip agenda was more geared to Broadway and Music. Overall, quite pleased. Ty

Beautiful hotel with a modern rustic look. Loved the city view room that we got which offered a better view than I could have imagined. Big spacious clean room in immaculate condition. It all felt very luxurious. Great food in the downstairs restaurant, we absolutely loved our breakfast. The pool is beautiful with a great view as well. All in all, this hotel was perfect for our little getaway. If I wanted to be picky I'd say that the pillows weren't quite big and firm enough, but other than that. This hotel was amazing.
