Everything. The whole place is a total joke. Bed covered the entire prison cell. Air con couldn’t be adjusted because it was dependent on the terminal apparently.

Just what we needed

Great location. This is the selling point if you have a very early departure. Tea/ coffee making station in the hallway. The bathroom was clean.

Noisy. Kept hearing doors banging shut. Each time a door was being opened my hotel door rattled too? Needless to say I didn't sleep very well. Wearing ear plugs is recommended. Pretty sure my bed linen had not been changed as I found a black hair, not mine, in the bed and a wadded ball of sticky tape, stuck on the doona cover when I turned back the bed. No TV in room. No tea/ coffee making in room.

There is no desk in the room. This is outrageous.

The breakfast was good. Your staff was hard working and multitasked throughout our stay. He was friendly, very helpful, even doing the dishes. Breakfast items could be restocked as needed.

More salad greens may need to be stocked. Your poor person on duty needs more greens on inventory.

The bed was right up against the wall, therefore my husband had to clamber over me/ or wake me up to go to the toilet in the night.

I drove all the way here thinking I had booked an overnight stay (Feb 26 - 27) because it was showing up as being overnight on all correspondence (refer to photos) only to be met by staff who seemed confused that I thought I would be staying the night, stating that in fine print it says that my stay was only from 9am - 3pm on the 26th of February despite predominantly being told I’d booked an overnight stay. In addition, the correspondence I received told me that I could only check in after 2:00 pm and therefore I didn’t arrive until about 3:30 just to find that my booking somehow ended at 3:00. The staff completely blamed this on booking.com and weren’t able to offer us any compensation for the room that I booked and never got to even see, this left me and my partner having to sleep in our car overnight . I expect a refund, whether this should be issued by Aeorotel or Booking.com is for you to decide.

The room was juat perfect for one person , the bathroom was clean, hot water and comfy bed, the staff that greet me at Front Desk was so nice , Thank you for accomodating me (i forgot his name , but i think it's Albert)

The location was very handy for a stay before a morning international flight.

The room was ridiculously small, even for an airport hotel and not even cheap.There was no chair or desk whatsoever, just a bed to sit on which was shoved sideways against the side wall and bottom wall, couldn't even walk around the bottom of it so felt very claustrophobic. No window either which made it worse. Fairly quiet and bathroom was clean.

The room had the necessities needed for a comfortable night sleep. Despite being in the thick of the airport, you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Close to food and shops in the airport.

Located within Sydney airport at arrivals and perfect for the train line. Everything was clean. Although a small room, it was all you needed for a quick one night stopover.

The room was very small but there were some clever storage areas to put your cases.

Lovely Hotel! It was super easy to find in the arrivals terminal. Check-in was very simple, and the staff at reception made it easy. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was really nice.

Really need to step up their game on quality control on cleanliness. Booked a single bed room from a late flight so I’m pretty tired and definitely all I need is sleep. Unfortunately, when I opened the bedcover I found hairs and crumbs underneath the bedcover that indicate the sheets haven’t been changed. The receptionist offered me to change the room but again, the first two rooms have the same issues. When I open the bed cover in front of the receptionist it has hairs and crumbs everywhere! Luckily the third room is clean. Really disappointed and disgusted on how this could possibly happen.

Location is unbeatable. The room was good value for the time of year. It had everything I needed. I did not get breakfast so, if it is included I was not told.

The shower hadn’t been cleaned and the stuck hair made it flood.

I feel like the rooms need their own aircon system, it was too hot in the room which made it hard to get to sleep

Location close to Domestic Transfer lounge so good for early morning flight. Shower had good pressure and was refreshing.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable which meant I did not sleep much, no TV and more like a cell than a room. I used the $15 food token in the afternoon prior to the lounge closing at 6pm, and food seemed to have been there most of the day and not fresh. Rooms also were not soundproof so could hear as people were coming and going during the night.
