Our charming, spacious, immaculate home for 5 weeks was a welcomed vacation from the Northeast winter. The host is very responsive and the location just can’t be beat. This was our 4th time visiting/staying at this property and we’ll be back!!

This review is overdue by several weeks. We stayed here for about 6 weeks in May/June.
The property is in a safe, family-centric neighbourhood with pretty streets full of unique homes with well-maintained yards. The apartment is the entire ground floor of a home. It is extremely large and we had enough space for all 4 of us for a longish stay.
There is a Trader Joe's a 10 minute walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rodeo Drive is a 10 minute drive away and we couldn't have asked for a better location.
Sean was accessible, easy to communicate with and responsive.
I would recommend this place unreservedly.

Stay in Los Angeles
This review is overdue by several weeks. We stayed here for about 6 weeks in May/June.
The property is in a safe, family-centric neighbourhood with pretty streets full of unique homes with well-maintained yards. The apartment is the entire ground floor of a home. It is extremely large and we had enough space for all 4 of us for a longish stay.
There is a Trader Joe's a 10 minute walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rodeo Drive is a 10 minute drive away and we couldn't have asked for a better location.
Sean was accessible, easy to communicate with and responsive.
I would recommend this place unreservedly.

This property is in a corner between Aznar and Clifton, which helps to give lot of natural light to the interior of the house. It is a one floor unit, there are other neighbors that live in the well remodeled house, but you will never know, they have separate gates and independent spaces, no common places except the garage.
Sean will receive any need or suggestion you may have, and is a super kind owner, he will give you lots of excellent ideas to do in your stay.
I would say that the exterior of the house could have a better maintenance, windows and porche of the house. Porche is a wonderful place to sit and watch neighbors walk their dogs, enjoy the neighborhood and take some fresh air.
Kitchen is superb, dinner room, and tv hall super charm. Matresses are triple A! I might say they are even better than mine at home ! ;) The decoration pretty well, similar than you can see in the vrbo images.
We loved to stay there, definitely would repeat when returning with my family to LA.

Highly recommend this property (and I am very picky). The unit is very spacious, and the furnishings will ensure a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very central. However, the street is very quiet (much appreciated). Sherry is very responsive via text and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Next time I am in LA, I plan to stay in this unit.

Highly recommend this property (and I am very picky). The unit is very spacious, and the furnishings will ensure a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very central. However, the street is very quiet (much appreciated). Sherry is very responsive via text and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Next time I am in LA, I plan to stay in this unit.

We travelled from overseas because I required a medical procedure at the nearby Cedar Sinai hospital and were looking for total comfort and convenience and we found it! We spent six great weeks in this huge and very comfortable apartment in Beverly Hills.
The location was perfect, with the hospital, the huge Beverly Center mall, many restaurants and shops, including grocery stores like Trader Joe's within less than a ten minute walk. Even Rodeo drive is just a few blocks away! The neighborhood streets are very safe, quaint and so pretty; very pleasant to stroll around.
The attached garage with the two parking spaces was right there, easy secured and most convenient for in and out runs.
The apartment is HUGE and bright, most convenient and unusually private feeling for being on the ground level. It even has a little private patio in front which we enjoyed and it was a wonderful added bonus!
The apartment is a total "vintage" style Beverly Hills experience, full of "caché" character but with all the modern elegant and comfortable updates one could ever wish for. Spacious, modern, clean and beautiful bathrooms, huge bedrooms with very comfortable cozy king size beds, with plush linens. Each bedrooms is well separated from the others for total privacy.
The very large living room with its beautiful fireplace and large TV made for such nice cozy evenings with the family.
There is a very large modern, fully equipped kitchen, a big center island, tons of cabinets, where we cooked up amazing meals all together, which we then enjoyed around the oversized round table in the adjoining dining room.
And of course, the separate laundry room was most convenient for an extended stay.
All in all, this was not only the perfect setting to recover after a tough medical procedure, which is hard to achieve when one is not at home to heal, but on top of everything, it was such a wonderful setting for spending quality time and catching up with the family.
Last but not least, our host Sean, was just the perfect host; so kind and attentive everytime we had a question or needed something. He even helped and had a new hand held shower head installed to make it easier for me to shower after surgery. This was beyond expectations and was so appreciated.
I will be back in three months for follow up care, but this time, I intend to enjoy staying in this apartment for no other reason than a leisurely fun and relaxing Beverly Hills vacation!
