It was clean , it was comfortable, fitted our needs , location was excellent for what we needed, the rate was very reasonable.

Nice little chalet to stay in. We were out all day and went back to the chalet late evening, so we didn't really spend much time in the chalet as the weather was lovely. Beds are very comfortable and the kids slept well. The chalet site is close to a club and amusements just off site down the road so that was handy for when we got back in the evening and wanted to go back out for a drink. The chalet has everything that's needed for a stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

The chalet was very clean, has a fridge freezer, microwave and a hob/oven. Cups and glasses and cutlery all provided. Bath/shower. It's quite Spacious. Sleeps 5 people, with a double bed in one room, and a bunk bed in the other which is a double at the bottom and single at the top.
Only have one negative. It may be something that can't be helped and I apologise if that's the case. It doesn't stop me giving full marks. If you're watching TV in the bedroom, you have to watch what is on the TV in the living room. You can't change the channel in the bedroom.

It was very modern and clean well laid out chalet.
Only getting the key code 15 minutes before arrival time especially as there is no wi fi at property, was anxious incase couldn't get signal and get in.
The pots and pans were very sparse and the smallest frying pan ever ....the size of a side plate !!

The nice airy main area was lovely and clean. Lounge a little tatty but comfortable. Comfortable bed. General location. Very quiet. Parking near cabin. Easy access to shops. Generally good value for the money.
The accommodation ask that you supply your own bedding and towels, not a problem but what was not said was you need tea towels, dish cloth’s and dish liquid. There were no cleaning cloths for the bathroom and no toilet brush. These items would be great to help people keep these areas clean.

I had no Wi-Fi so was unable to get the key code details. A text message as well as email would be a good idea.

Very helpful management, when we encountered a problem, sorted out very promptly.
Beds were very comfortable.
Great location, just up the road from the amusements and food places.
The kids absolutely loved it, they wanted us to move here 😂
All in all a great break away. Would definitely recommend.

Position of the chalet was very good, close to amenities, all staff very friendly with good knowledge of the area. Had a fantastic break. Will be staying again and recommending to friends and family.

couldn’t get anything to come on the TV, there is a sky box but either not working or needs some instructions leaving for it.

it was freezing cold as only one heater and didn’t know how to operate it- would have been nice if there was ore heaters and instructions to use it

Loved this chalet and want to come back next year just us and the kids. Lovely decor, nice neighbours.everything you need in the kitchen.
The underfloor heating in the bathroom was fab the heater warmed the whole chalet in 15 mins or so in not bad for October
Sky box, we couldn’t figure out or remember the numbers of the free view channels we could get. And the DVD player didn’t work in the bedroom

Fabulous chalet close to Hemsby beach. Very clean and tidy property on a nice site. Very comfortable bed and separate room with bunk beds for those with children. Lovely clean bathroom and fully stocked kitchen.
