Overall the property is very nice and well kept. Neighborhood is good. Be aware that the high school is nearby so make allowances for traffic if you are there during school time.

Our sunny 3 bedroom abode was a spacious and comfortable place for spending our two weeks in Sarasota. The upstairs master bedroom offered a king size bed, and a beautiful, walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi. Particularly enjoyable was the shaded patio and pergola. We made several meals in a comfortably large kitchen. Several minor inconveniences were readily handled by the evolve team. The dishwasher was a problem as it never seemed to fully empty of dishwater. This is a busy neighborhood with lots of steady traffic, including emergency vehicles with sirens as a trauma hospital is only a couple blocks away. However, it never seemed to interrupt our sleep, which was consistently comfortable.

The house is really adorable. The backyard is inviting and great for entertaining with the gas fire pit. We both loved the massage chair. The decor is very hip. The master shower was great and closet is huge. The hall light would not turn off so we had to keep the bedroom door closed and the fan thumped so loud we couldn’t sleep. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. There were 2 exotic coffee/espresso makers The location close to town and the CORE SRQ athletic club is good.
