Chill stay. See ocean from front door, 2nd Street bars, restaurants, and shops two blocks the other direction. It was perfect.

From the moment we booked we knew we were in good hands. The Le’s accommodated our requests, made themselves available for questions before we arrived, and provided clear instructions on checking in and out. That’s the tip of the iceberg. The house was lovely, with a front porch view of the ocean. Everything we needed was either already in the house, or a short walk. We offer our highest recommendation!

What an amazing beach home! Less than a 5 minute walk to beach and shops on 2nd St. Lots of activities for teens and adults. Parking is a challenge but manageable during the week.

We search for a place near the UofC Long Beach campus to watch the USA Olympic Women's Volleyball Team Cup match with Netherlands before the olympics in Paris. This home was a pleasure to stay in. 2 night we simply walked up to 2nd street and had great dinners at Domenico's and Louies. The entire area is charming and you're only steps from the beach. Parking is rough as the day gets later, but there's plenty of parking nightly right on Ocean at the beach. We parked here 3 out of the 4 nights.
Everything we needed was here including a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Long Beach.

The location of this home is great! We loved being able to just walk down to the beach, or up the street for coffee or a meal. The home had plenty of space for our family and was equipped with everything we needed. The parking was a little difficult, but we were always able to find a spot within a block of the home. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is adorable inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Quick stroll to the beach in one direction or to food and shopping in the opposite direction.

We definitely enjoyed our time in Long Beach and this rental was perfect. We enjoyed our family time whether it was grilling out or hanging out on the front porch. We also enjoyed walking to 2nd Avenue to all the restaurants. We would highly recommend this place to be your home away from home.

We loved the Belmont Beach House! It was clean & fit our family perfectly for our visit with our younger daughter who attends CSULB. The location was central to everything we did & the neighborhood was adorable. There was a hiccup at getting into the house, but our host was absolutely on it & resolved the issue quickly so that we could get in after a long day of travel. Thank you, Tina!

Belmont Beach house was excellent, clean, plenty of room, well fitted, one block from the beach, restaurants, bars, everything was close by. Would highly recommend, this place. The host was very attentive to any questions we had, replied right away. I was scared about parking but did not have trouble finding parking near by. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Le Family Beach house is wonderfully situated in the Belmont Shores neighborhood close to the beach and boutique restaurants and shops on 2nd St. The property was clean, stylish and the neighbors were quiet. The property owners were also very responsive to our communications. I highly recommend staying here.

The kitchen was well stocked. There was some confusion initially about a missing fan remote but the weather was cool and we were comfortable with open windows. We could find only 5 beach towels, 3 beach chairs, and 3 beach umbrellas, one of which was bent and hard to use.

Our family of 6 had a great week long stay! The location was ideal - we enjoyed the beach every day and walking along 2nd Street to shop and get our daily coffee fix. The beds were very comfortable and we cooked several meals in with access to all the supplies needed. The front patio was lovely and provided extra outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather. Tina was very responsive and decorated the house very nicely! The appliances are all newer and in great condition.

The location is perfect! The house was clean and perfect for my family to gather. Loved all the beach chairs provided & beach cooler! We have family in the area and it was great to gather with them at the VRBO on the front patio and grill out the night before we left. My only wish is there was a few more pans for cooking, jives that actually cut, more supplies of coffee, a few extra towels when staying 4 nights/5days. Don’t let that keep you from visiting this beautiful home. It won’t prevent us from returning but that is the reason for 4/5 overall rating. Overall loved the place and will be back!

My husband and I -both CSULB grads- return to Belmont Shore every summer with our kids. We love the area, and this property is one of our new favorites. It's a spacious home with plenty of room for our six guests. Wonderful beds, well-appointed kitchen, comfy sectional and ample space in the dining room area for six. We enjoy cooking and it was easy to prepare meals and eat (and play games!) around the sizeable dining room table.
The entire home is a nice combination of tasteful, modern updates while still maintaining some of its original charm.
The front porch area is a nice play to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or evening cocktail. It is literally steps from the beach and a few blocks from wonderful 2nd street with its shops/boutiques/restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests/questions. Don't hesitate to book this space. We will be back!

It was an amazing location that was in walking distance to the the Beach, 2nd street & only 25 minutes from Disneyland. The house was perfect for our teens to have their own bedrooms. Makes some meals at home or walk down to 2nd street. Neighbors are friendly. Tina was amazing on communication & accommodating. If we ever come back to Long Beach we would stay there again.

the house is perfect for a family or group of friends . The kitchen was fully equipped and the 3 bedrooms had comfortable mattresses . The patio is in front of the house which is strange at first but you find yourself talking with all of the very pleasant dog walkers as they pass by on the sidewalk . All in all a very pleasant place. The owner was also pleasant and accessible.

Our stay here was outstanding! The house is inviting with a perfect location! My family of six adults was comfortable here. We all remarked about getting amazing sleep because the beds are so comfortable! We loved being able to walk to the beach and be in close proximity to bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
