We had a group of 18 and we were able to enjoy the home, the pool, and the beach easily! The house is clean and quiet. Even on a rainy day, we could easily use the porch, too. The Brannons are amazing to work with, too.

Our stay at Family Tides was wonderful. It was a great place for us to be with our sons and their families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location between the beach and the sound can’t be beat. We watched beautiful sunsets each night from the front porch and the dock. The pool was a good size and the ocean is just steps away. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. We hope to return in the future.

Spacious comfortable gathering space. Our ladies’ group (29 of us), had comfortable beds…thankful for 7 bathrooms and a large meeting spot!!
The weather was a bit rainy, but we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean on one porch and the canal on the other side!
Braxton & Caroline were EXCELLENT HOSTS!!! Great communication!
I hope to return with my children & grandchildren sometime!!! Recommend HIGHLY!!!

Loved the west end of Ocean Isle, and the enormous beautiful beach! House was welcoming with open space for gathering and nice beds. Kitchen had what we needed and the extra frig and pantry were perfect. We love to cook, so that was important to the group. We want to come back!

The house was well stocked with amenities for the beach, the pool, and all your family needs in the house. Beautiful, gated, private location, family could enjoy fishing on the pier, the pool or the beach. Gorgeous views both inside the house and out. Low tides were amazing with all the tide pools. . Plenty of areas/room for 16 people to be, without feeling crowded or if one needed alone time. Sunrises and sunset were amazing. It was overall JUST FABULOUS!

We had a wonderful time. It was a busy week for island but we felt tucked away and relaxed. They was great and very responsive. Had all we needed!

Wonderful vacation home for our extended family of 15! It is like having your own private beach at this end of the island. Main living and dining area offers amazing ocean views with a wall of windows along with the deck and screened in porch. We also enjoyed the sunset views over the intercoastal every evening with seating and another screened in porch. All the bedrooms have private baths and the outdoor shower has warm water. Brand new washer/dryer which came in handy! Beautiful new flooring on lower level - easy to keep clean! The bunk room sleeps at least five - great for gaming with TV hookup.
Best of all homeowner Braxton checked in often and was VERY responsive to our requests - including sending a brand new keurig the same day (there was a backup drip coffee maker also). Super easy check-in/out!
Looking forward to returning!

The weather was horrendous...but the property is fantastic! Clean, beautiful views from all sides, easy beach access, screened porches front and back...just a great place for a beach vacation. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and plenty of room. Check-in and out were simple and no glitches. Braxton and Caroline were very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed.

The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They made sure we arrived safely, were able to gain entry to the house, and that everything was satisfactory.
The house is gorgeous and is the perfect location to unwind. We have been renting beach houses for over 20years and this is by far the best location for sunrises, sunsets, leisurely walks, and peacefulness.
We hope to rent the house again in 2023.
