This condo was more than we could have hoped for. Best location to watch sea turtles! Property manager went above and beyond to accommodate and was so kind. Will 100% be back.

The condo is beautiful, modern, fully stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. The location on the first floor and right on the beach (a walk down stairs and around the side of the bldg) was perfect!! What an awesome lanai, with stunning views and sounds of the ocean. A great place to swim and snorkel. The resort itself is a little dated but we weren’t there for the resort amenities. There were so many experiences we wanted to have on the island. Thank you for making our first trip to Maui very special!!

The location of this property is beautiful with unobstructed views of the water, a sandy beach and a pool ( mainly if you have little ones). It is perfect for 2 couples. The amenities are above & beyond ...very soft , cozy linens, plenty of extra pillows, a solid wood sliding door allowing privacy for the master suite, a kitchen with everything you could need, a few TV's , lovely tub with water views, plenty of beach toys and a nespresso machine! The complex is a bit dated but the unit itself is wonderful. The Beach House restaurant is yummy for lunch and there is a good bar there too. We enjoyed our stay --wish it had been longer. THX!

This property has a fabulous location. You couldn't ask for anything better. It was very spacious and nicely decorated, but the caretakers lack attention to detail. For instance, one door in the spare bedroom closet would not open so that side of the closet couldn't be used, a light bulb in the master closet was burned out, and a hook was missing from the master bath. The photos show a spare bedroom balcony, but it really couldn't be used because the air conditioning unit located there was so loud. While these are not huge problems, these little details matter and the rating reflects that. (The whole Sands of Khana complex could use an update.)
That being said, the walks on the beach and views of the sunset were wonderful. Would we stay there, again? Maybe.

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, the view was incredible, water pressure was amazing and location was a walk to restaurants and a grocery store. The previous folks broke the garbage disposal and it was fixed the next day without any issues. There were thoughtful about waiting one day so we could settle in and fixed it while we were out. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and snorkel gear were all greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful property.. well managed.. close to beach and amenities..beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate..
Watched whales from a distance.. had a visit from a monk seal and a turtle!!!
Great for kids .. beach and swimming pools..outside grills nice.. pickelball courts good.. though a bit windy..
Parking was fine…

The place was beautiful, couldn’t have asked for a better place! Views from both bedrooms. The place was clean and exactly as described. Enjoyed watching the whales and turtles right from our covered deck. Look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend

We had grandparents down to a 10 month old, and everyone had a good time. The kiddy pool (and beach) got a lot of use and it was close enough to the room so the adults could switch between staying with a napping baby and the big brother having the time of his life. The only issue was with a toilet that wouldn't stop running unless you shut off the valve. We were told it would be fixed early in the stay but it never happened.

I've been to Hawaii numerous times and this location has been the best. There is even more room then the pictures show. Every morning I had coffee with an ocean view and listening to the crashing waves. My family of seven stayed and it never felt like we were on top of each other. I don't think I will ever be able to go back and not stay right on the ocean.

This was an absolutely amazing location! The beach right outside the condo was stunning and was amazing to just bring the kids down every morning to enjoy the ocean. Contact with the property management company was great! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location for whale watching. We saw them all day long while relaxing on the lanai. The rental company was even thoughtful enough to supply binoculars in the rental. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff at Epic was excellent with assistance and their website recommendations for local places to eat was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to doing it again.

Our stay at Sands of Kahana was nothing short of comfort and luxury. It was perfectly accommodating for my parents, myself, husband and our 6 year old son.We spent so much time whale watching right off the Lanai, the beach and pool. The beach was never super busy, it seemed so private in front of the condos.The pool and poolside restaurant were amazing. Could not get my son to leave the pool. The community at Sands of Kahana seemed so friendly. The grounds and common areas are kept perfectly manicured and clean. We had a slight issue of missing blinds in one of the bathrooms. This was addressed and handled in such a fabulous and swift manner. I was totally impressed. Epic Realty LLC and every person I spoke with before and along the trip were extremely helpful and friendly. I would return here to this unit specifically over and over again!

One of the best unit locations in Kahana. This corner unit provides great views of Lanai, Molokai and tons of whales in season. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Grounds grills are kept in immaculate condition. Two new pickleball courts are a plus. Staff at Epic was very friendly and helpful. Furnishings are superb. You will not be disappointed staying here. These pictures are exactly what you will find. One of the few condos we would return to.

What you see is what you get! Incredibly amazing views from this condo. Very clean, very accommodating. Just can’t say enough great things about our stay at Sands of Kahana 315. The local restaurant at the had delicious food and great variety.

This property was amazing! Just as we hoped it would be from the pictures, it was difficult to get our girls to want to leave! It doesn't get much better than watching the sunset on the deck with a glass of wine and seeing turtles popping their heads up in the sea! The management was very responsive when we had an issue on the weekend as well. The condo was clean and well-appointed with kitchen supplies and useful beach items. The only minor issue was the hallway outside the door of the condo was very tired looking and occasionally smelled of urine.
