Was super comfy bed and liked the ease of checking in

The room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still clothes in the cupboard from previous stay. The shower also was clearly blocked as I was stood in a pool of water in the shower taking ages to go down.

If i stay in this hotel its only for location. In my 4 days period there was no room service and also all bed coverings were very old

We had to leave because we booked twin rooms via booking.com. the hotel has no twin rooms. We are waiting for a promised refund. It would be useful to talk to a person, but cannot get past AI !!!

Absolutely nothing

Terrible experience! Avoid this hotel. Booking.com booked twin rooms and we arrived to find hotel has no twin rooms. Hotel is different to most hotels, you did not feel comfortable, small rooms, not clean. Office staff unhelpful when asking for a refund. Booking.com agreeable but no help from hotel. The hotel customer service number is invalid and my emails come back undeliverable.

Posizione centrale e comoda ai servizi. Dotato di parcheggio privato, seppure con pochi posti auto (ma mai del tutto pieno).

La camera odorava di chiuso. Il riscaldamento, che arrivava da una stufetta elettrica posizionata proprio sotto alla tv, era probabilmente fermo da qualche tempo perché all'accensione non faceva che peggiorare l'odore della stanza (oltre a scaldare l'unica mensola su cui si poteva appoggiare il cellulare in carica). Le lenzuola del letto erano stropicciate, ma sembravano pulite. Gli asciugamani erano stati buttati (non erano piegati, ma appallottolati) sopra alla mensola del bagno e sembrava quasi fossero stati usati. Il dispenser del sapone era senza sapone. Non mi è stata fornita la password del wi-fi e in reception si faceva fatica a trovare qualcuno (più volte, durante gli orari di apertura, ho trovato affisso il cartello "torno subito"). La cosa peggiore, infine, era il letto completamente sfondato. Sono andata via con una notte prima del dovuto pur avendo pagato il soggiorno in anticipo.

Room was cold upon entry but once I had figured out how to turn heating on it was good. Maybe in future heating coiuld be turned on before guest arrives
