This was our second stay at the Seawinds complex and first time in this unit. We love this location! Uncrowded beach, Publix across the street, quick drive into Ormond and Daytona for restaurants and other fun activities. Unit was clean and provided what we needed. Loved having beach towels and beach chairs available - things not easy to pack when flying. There is one spot available in the underground garage for parking which keeps the vehicle out of the all day sun.
Recliner in unit shows sign of wear but everything else was fine.
Watched dolphins from the balcony! I would certainly recommend this unit as we had no issues during our stay.

We loved this condo , sitting on the patio and drinking coffee and breakfast . Place was clean had everything you needed . Communication was great Emily responded quickly. Great for family’s and kids with the Beach right there, and the chill vibes the whole time . Kids loved the Beach and pool. We Will be back !

Nice to park in a garage but it is very dark with no direct access to pool or beach which requires taking elevator to 1st floor or stairs to parking lot. So big items like umbrellas, wagons and pop ups need to be stored in the garage or vehicle. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well outfitted. Master shower is small and vanity has but one sink. Appliances are new but kitchen and baths have not been updated

We enjoyed our vacation stay at this condo. The room was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed to use. The owners were attentive in making sure we had a great stay and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location with a Publix within walking distance and restaurants nearby. Also, not too far from Daytona beach with many more restaurants and shops to enjoy. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends :)

Unit is on third floor of a condo building. There is underground parking with a clicker available inside the unit. There is also outside parking. Condo is right on A1A so there is a bit of traffic. We were there during bike week in Daytona so probably a bit more noisy that usual. The beach is quite flat for sitting or walking. The condo building could use some, maintenance. There were issues with the main door unlocked via a keypad while we were there.. There were shopping carts available for bringing items to the unit. The unit itself was OK - a bit of age. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans..

We enjoyed our stay here. We usually don’t stay in Ormond, but we liked the less crowded atmosphere compared to Daytona Beach. The condo was good for what we needed and had plenty of items stocked so we didn’t need to purchase extra things like cooking spray, trash bags, detergent, etc. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We would stay here again. We had a great week with great weather.

This was a great condo as advertised, clean, and right on the beach! It’s a nice area just down from the hustle and bustle of Daytona but close enough to drive to both Daytona and nearby small town of Flagler! We loved the beach and pool areas! Will definitely return!!

The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated on a nice stretch of beach. You can’t beat this view! The owners were were quick to answer questions. We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked great and lots of other guests seemed to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

The condo is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the balcony is top notch. I spent most of my time out there. There is a Publix across the street if you need something quickly, and a Walmart not terribly far. I highly recommend this condo as a vacation getaway. One thing: if you want to make beachy frozen drinks, pack a blender. Otherwise, hit up one of the nearby restaurants to get your fix. The owners give a list of wonderful options for dining.

We have stayed in several different condos in the Daytona area and this one stands alone above them all. The location was absolutely fantastic...a perfect blend of peace and quiet away from the crowds yet it had everything you could need literally a minute away. The balcony...with that view...to die for! Not to mention that Tyler and Emily were legitimately the kindest and most attentive owners we have dealt with and it isn't even close. They were so responsive, helpful and so quick. This really was the best week I've ever had and I am sad I am going to have to wait until next year to come back for an even longer stay.
