El código de acceso no funcionaba al principio. Tratamos de contactar con la anfitriona pero nunca se puso en contacto con nosotros en toda la semana ni por tlf ni por Whatsapp.

La limpieza no está al nivel. La cocina no estaba muy limpia. Los colchones son insufribles (8cm) y todos los somieres están deformados. Encontramos un pelo dentro dentro de la cama al acostarnos. El pueblo es encantador, pero no hay ni panadería. Para cualquier compra hay que desplazarse en coche más de 11km.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, obwohl man zentral im Ort wohnt.

Einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft bin ich überraschend aufgefordert worden, eine Kaution von 1000€ zu hinterlegen, um den Zugangscode für die Unterkunft zu erhalten. Trotz gezahlter Kaution habe ich den Code nicht erhalten und musste schließlich den Kundenservice von Booking.com kontaktieren, weil der Vermieter während der Check-In-Zeit nicht erreichbar war. Außerdem kommuniziert der Vermieter ausschließlich auf Französisch, das finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ausstattung: - zwei von drei Betten waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (durchgelegen und laut knarzend) - Die bodentiefe Terrassentür ist nicht abschließbar, die Unterkunft also jederzeit zugänglich - viele Möbel sind stark abgenutzt und teilweise beschädigt.

Excellent location for access to the local rock climbing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you require to have a comfortable stay.

Could do with a fan as during the summer the one bedroom is quite warm.

A notre arrivée ampoule de miroir grillée et non changée dans la salle de bain idem pour l'ampoule du jardin arrière et celle devant la porte d'entrée impossible de se servir de la télé d'orange à cause d'une télécommande inactive par manque de pile CR2032 donc impossible de regarder netflix étant un abonné de cette plateforme, et pour finir cafetière défectueuse exemple : pour obtenir un bol de café il faut passer 10 capsules chose anormale pour ce type de machine a café ayant la même chez nous donc maitrisant parfaitement son fonctionnement tout ceci est un peu dommage et pourrait être facilement évitable merci.

Fantastic location - it is possible to walk / cycle into the forest from the property. Fontainebleau and chateau are a few minutes away by car. The pretty village of Barbizon is very close by. Trains from Fontainebleau or Bois de Rois into Paris Gare de Lyon are frequent and run from early until very late. We visited Paris - the train fare was 4 Euro each way. The house was very well equipped: there is a washing machine and dryer, toilets upstairs and down, good wifi and TV with netflix. The house is in a gated courtyard with private parking and the front garden is also secure for bike storage. Nice to have a good sized sofa for 4 of us too. During our stay it was quite hot so it was good that there is a mosquito screen on the front bedroom to keep insects out. We would stay here again if we were holidaying in this area.

It would've been good if there was an electric fan - I suspect this is something that the owners will sort in future as they had obviously thought carefully about everything else.

Self check-in was easy and very well described. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Parking in front of the building.

The mattress in the small bedroom is worn out and should be replaced. Pan and pot were a bit greasy.
