The rooms were moldy. There was no lightbulbs in the room no light switches, and they were missing toilet seats.

Staff were friendly
lights in the bathroom didn’t work. It took two days to change a light bulb. No hot water in the bathroom sink. The room fees were way too expensive for the value. the owner would not refund my money when I realized the value wasn’t there.

First room not so good but we requested to move to a better room and they let us without hesitation
Beds in first room were hard as rock. Did not sleep at all until next night in new room

Location central to beach restaurants Malecon and all amenities. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Friendly staff. Family oriented. Church nearby.
Roof terrace requires higher chairs to maximize view. Internet quality and reception is very poor. Not acceptable for business and not reliable. Intermittent. Water cooler at front lobby was empty entire stay.

I love Church bells and they were right across the street from my balcony. The location is excellent…close to the Malecon and excellent restaurants, Leys grocery store, and many other interesting shops and bars.
one dog barks a lot. I guess he is just protecting his territory 🧐

Great view from the balcony
A long time to get warm water in the shower, dog about me barking nonstop an hours at a time, noisy clients, slamming doors, etc. OK for a cheap seats. Great location

Excellent location, but the rooms are quite small and look rather old. Everything works fine though.

Lived the size of the room
Charged significantly more than what booking.com told me I would be paying upon arrival. The door knob was broken and didn't feel super safe as it didn't lock. They would not fix when I requested. The church bells are ght outside and go off every morning g at 6 am 12 times.

The property is near the malecon and right across the street from a beautiful church. I like the location because it is near the heart of the tourist zone but not in it, allowing you to avoid the many merchants if you like. The staff is amazing… very friendly and helpful with directions, setting up rides and giving information. Very comfy beds, strong wifi and aircon. Flat screen TV’s. Very clean and a good deal, even during the holidays!

Staff and location are terrific. Lovely view of the church just across the street and easy walking access to the beach.
Occasional loud dogs.
Internet service has intermittent connection issues.
