The description said there was a bar, but there wasn’t. They are under new management and are planning to open the bar annd make improvements . Only 1 tv in a suite, so had to sit on the bed to watch tv instead of in the living room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would stay here again.

This Hotel was awful! I booked my room there because of the Restaurant/Bar and swimming pool/ hot tub!!! NOTHING WAS AVAILABE!!!! NOTHING!!!! I went downstairs to get a Diet Coke and even my can of Diet Coke expired. HORRIBLE I WANT A REFUND!!!!

Although this property is listed as having a restaurant and bar, it does not have running ones (at least when I was there). The elevators and room keys didn't always work. The wait at the front desk was sometimes lengthy but the employees were nice. Some of the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room, however, was clean. Considering the inexpensive price, the proximity to where I was visiting, and that our room was clean, I would book again.

Hotel is older and could use updating. Staff was very courteous.

I have visited this hotel several times. The room wasn't cleaned. The toliet was clogged. Front desk associate gave me a plunger to unclog the toilet.

Unorganized and not clean. The rooms smelt like smoke despite being a non smoking unit. The sheets had stains as well as the toilet didn’t work well. Not in the best side of town. Left there to go to another hotel. Not a safe environment. There was gun shots around in the area that made it unsafe for child Staff not very knowledgeable as well and no hospitality.

For being a conference and bar hotel, I couldn’t see that there was either one. They were no longer doing continental breakfast, or have a pool that was working. My room had not been dusted. It looked like for quite a while. The bathroom door was coming apart, the curtains were hanging on the curtain rod. The only thing good I can say about my stay was the bedding was nice and clean. It is just not what I expected this week to be.

It’s a decent hotel. However the mattresses were 25 years old and not comfortable at all. Can definitely hear the springs crunching in them. Tag said manufactured in 1999. Also definitely got bit by a bedbug on my ankle on the 2nd night stay.

$100 deposit for incidentals on top of the booking fee, coffee station wasn't very well stocked, no breakfast till June (not sure why that's just what they said) and no pool but ALSO no bugs (despite a few crumbs left in the room when we first arrived) and it was one of the cheapest places in town so I was honestly expecting worse.

Hotel is fine, just needs a little up date

It seemed pretty empty but we were given the farthest away room. Check in was painless and host pleasant.

Smelled fresh and clean as soon as i walked in. Staff was super friendly. Impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Mattress was not as thick and comfy as i like, but overall, great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable enough for a quick stay but very sparse and a bit cold in decor, furnishings (including some really worn furniture & worn scratched windows in the suite, and beat up trim in the hallways/elevator). Elevator had no inspection certificate posted. Front desk staff friendly and competent, but overall the place felt pretty empty. Some care with decor, furnishings etc would go a long way toward making it a more welcoming & comfortable spot.

Non branded hotel, it's clean but no amenities such as water at check-in, no breakfast or bar.

The property, inside and out was clean. Our room was clean, the toilet was spraying water onto the floor when flushing but was easily remedied. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom and I wish there would have been one. Other than that everything was as expected.

Great price and good quality.

Friendly front desk staff, beds were comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave. The Keurig was nice and the coffee tasty. The little snack shack was convenient too! They even sold beer. We didn’t have a shade for our window, I like a dark room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There was only one tiny piece of hand soap and mismatched shampoo/conditioner. Sadly no shower soap at all and I forgot mine.

very surprised to see the adjacent movie theater was attached. pretty interesting feature. we didn't use the workout room but did check it out. looked good. i think there is a pool but didn't get to swing in. overall, a good place to stay a cut above the other hotels in the area.

Check in was easy, no wait, arrived in Mansfield early still check us in. Room service was amazing. She checked on us daily.

Local walkable bars...downtown is cute!

Checked into a suite that smelled like a chain smoker just walked out of the room. Not exaggerating. Tobacco leaves on one bed. The other bed didnt have any linen on it. Empty coke can on the dresser. Sink had stuff all in it. Went on ghost tour, came back at 2:30 a.m. We were stuck outside for 15 minutes, calling and buzzing in. There was another guest inside ringing the bell on the counter. Not sure how long he was waiting. The young lady finally showed up, phone in hand. She yelled at the guest inside claiming she was in the bathroom. She came to the front doors and accused us of trying to pry the doors open because they wouldnt open. We did not pry the doors. We had to walk back to the rear of the building so she could let us in. No apology what so ever. Giving Mansfield a Great reputation!

There was nothing substantively positive about the hotel. It suited its purpose, in giving me a place to stay for one night, but I wouldn't necessarily be compelled to stay there again. It used to be a Holiday Inn, and I stayed there once several years ago. It appears the current owners just took the place over, but didn't see fit to improve on anything.

Arrived during a heat wave. Property is next to a homeless shelter and live theater. Check in ok, staff very nice. After a hot day and wanting to take a shower, there was no hot water. Even after letting the hot water run for 5-10min. Called the front desk for no one to answer. I got dressed again in my sweaty clothes and went to the front desk. After ringing the bell a few times a different clerk come out of the back. I asked if they any hot water. His response was if I was on the 6th floor because there's a problem with the hot water on the 6th floor. Yes I am. HE said they would fix it and call me to let me know. After I had gone to bed and fallen asleep, they rang to tell me they fixed the hot water. Water was hot in the morning. Next day returned form another hot day to no room service. Nothing shared by the staff that they don't do room service. I took a shower and went to bed. After another hot day returned to no parking spots. The theater was having a show and every spot within sight of the building was full. I went in and asked if they were full. It took me three try's before they answered the question. They weren't so why is their lot full? Because of the theater. There is not enough room for a proper review. There is more to share. I would say avoid this hotel if at all possible This is the 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The property itself is nice & quiet inside. Staff is nice. Check in was slow, and they said my payment through expedia only paid for 1 of 2 rooms booked, so they ran payment again, which didn't sound right. No food conveniently close by and no food at hotel - would be a good addition for them to serve breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. They do have a private parking lot in back. We weren't thrilled with the overall surroundings we had to drive through to get anywhere, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The front desk staff was helpful. However, this hotel needs some updates. The room’s carpets are older, and the bathroom looks from the late 70s.

It was a great stay at a great place. Our first time staying there though were in town each year for business. Was very helpful with resturants,etc. Will be back.😊
